Not quadratec's fault because it shipped from vendor but all three items were either missing a part or not the right parts

Great bumper at a great price. The bumper replaces a Body Armor, and though they look similar, the BA could not support 33" tires (nitto rg), and writing to BA to complain did nothing.

I kept looking, and here to find that Quadratec now has a bumper with my needs; mid-width, shackle support, no hitch (so I could keep the factory JK hitch), and a pair of led lights.

This bumper was no only less expensive than the BA, it easily fits my 35" nitto's and look like room to fit 37", which some folks claim to get.

This bumper is great - period!

I've ordered from them about 5 different times this year. Other than having to cancel an order for floor pans because they had to order them from their supplier and it wouldn't come in when I needed them, I haven't had a problem with them. And even in that case, it was no problem to cancel the order and get a refund. I've got to say that they've been pretty good.

Other than the shift knob crack, excellent experience. Fast shipping, too.

It appeared the item was a return from someone else. The bolt packaging was all open, the shipping box was inside another box and there was a return slip from someone else in the box. I was under the impression I was buying a new product from you.
