On March 3 2022 I ordered a ZAUTOMOTIVE TAZER JL MINI PROGRAMMER. The order was promptly delivered and a few days after I received the Mini TAZER I installed it in my Jeep. It is not an easy install and on March 22 2022 I decided to return it to Quadratec. On Thursday March 24 I called their customer service and after waiting 45 minutes on hold I was told that "they will process it shortly". I am still waiting for their return authorization. See attached screen pictures that clearly display above mentioned dates. Shame on their performance and at this point I will not buy again from Quadratec in the future.

Quadratec's installation guidance is always spot-on. I am not very mechanical, but the product descriptions give sufficient skill-level info to let me know which things I can attempt myself and which things I need to seek help with.
