Inferior product with low customer service, replacement at Verizon store cost $ 20.00 online $10.00 product cost to much to begin with, don't throw good money after bad
I bought a liquid screen protector, they promised no broken screens, even promised no scratches. My phone is covered in scratches and now cracks. I filed a claim and after 3 days of waiting they replied. Your claim is denied. No explanation or reason. Worst company ive ever read reviews about. Run away from any idea you have from buying these products
Bought a liquid glass for a samsung s 10 plus today just the process to register this crap is a torture so F. O. And stick your $100 wherever you want!
Unfortunately my phone was on top of my car and fell off when I was driving. A tractor-trailer ran over it and when I went to look at damage I couldn't believe it. The phone itself was not workable probably due to the weight of the tractor-trailer however when I took off the screen protector the phone was in immaculate shape. The screen protector not so much. But it definitely did its job. Not a scratch on the phone. Well worth the money for the screen protector and will always use this product for future phones!
Very helpful and easy to work with customer service! I needed a replacement screen and due to a miscomunnication issue during my initial purchase, I needed to contact them. As I said, very helpful and understanding!
When I paid close to 90 bucks for a lifetime warranty, I assumed Pure-gear would be a bit more helpful locating my name or email in their system (because I'd lost my warranty info and never asked anything about shipping!) Instead, I received a boiler-plate response from Alexis Medina which did not even address my question (below.) It's a scam. Stay away.

Our policy requires for all customers to complete a Warranty Claim Form and pay for shipping online. You will find that this policy is standard throughout the industry and with our competitors as well. While we do offer a lifetime warranty, we do not offer shipping as well.

I wish I had gone to this site first. I have a new Samsung S10 and took what the Verizon dealer gave me for screen protection. When I went to register with Pure Gear, (which should have be completed at POS) to get the super-duper warranty I was asked for all kinds of information and photos/scans of receipts, the box, etc. Again, why can't this be done by the vendor. They already have all of the info. Also, why does a screen protector need to know info like how much memory does my phone have? Could it be they want to sell the info? I am a retired exec with experience at three tech start ups. I found that a company's business practices model (how easy is it to do business with) is as important as its tech. This company is doomed.
The first night I got my s9plus the screen protector fell off I tired taking it back to get my money back but they said I couldn't do that and that I needed to contact the manufacturer to get an replacement they also said it was only gonna cost 5 bucks. Well when I did my claim I seen I had to spend 10 bucks not 5 so I just paid it when I should of just went with another screen protector because the new one I just got cracked already just from it being in my pocket l. $#*! this product never buying from this company again
Only one month to guarantee. Very poor product quality. I do not recommend this product, with the first fall it broke like glass.
On the sixteenth day this screen protector started to peel back and air was getting underneath. I "worked" the air bubbles towards the edges as instructed and the protector cracked along edge. I returned to the store I purchased the product and was told I had to make a claim because after fourteen days it can't be brought back to the store! A difference of two days! To make matters worse I have to pay to have my new one sent to me. It is sold as A LIFETIME WARRANTY. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM Pure-bs-Gear
How do you charge $50 for a screen protector and claim there's a lifetime warranty but I have to pay $10 for a replacement when I dropped it low to the ground and it shattered? I hate I wasted my money but never again. You guys won't get 1 red cent from me. The guy from T-Mobile told me it's lile $5 to get a replacement and I thought that wasn't bad. But $10? Every time I crack your cheap $#*! screen protector!
If u could post a zero I would! Y'all full of shxt and are robbers! Tf did I pay $40 for a fxckn protector that didn't last two days. Fxck y'all and I hope y'all go bankrupt
They sell a piece of plastic for $50 and claim its because it has a life time warranty. It breaks very easily because its cheap $#*! they had manufactured in china for 12 cents, and when you file claim for replacement, you get charged $10 each time. I didn't even bother to get my first replacement. Its better to stop doing any business with a $#*! company like pure-gear.
Its not worth buying a 12 cent piece of plastic for $50 with bull$#*! "lifetime warranty"
I'm not sure what is worse their products or customer service. The lifetime warranty means absolutely nothing when you're having to replace the screen protector every other week and are charged $10 for shipping. And by the way, they will not put multiple protectors in one package.
When trying to reach someone, anyone... good luck! It wasn't until I mentioned the BBB that I got a response from them.
HORRIBLE PRODUCT & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT waste your money
... it's because I'm completely unhappy with something. OK that's not true - I actually write them when I'm super-happy too. But in this case, Pure-gear has really disappointed.
I bought two Steel 360 protectors for my LG V30 phone and my son's. Within 2 days, mine cracked without having been dropped. OK - maybe it's a bad piece; that happens. And, to PureGear's credit, I got this one replaced at no charge.
But then mine cracked again after a short (2 foot) fall onto a wood floor. Hm. OK - it was a fall, but geez - how tough is this "steel" protector? Well, time to pay the $10 penalty.
Last week my son showed me his cracked protector. "Any falls/drops?" I asked him? "Nope!" came the expected reply.
So I will now have paid $20 more than the original cost for these and it has only been 5 months. This doesn't bode well. If we get a fourth break, I'm going to have to return to Zagg, which seems to have been protecting my daughter's phone very nicely for years.
I bought the tempered glass cover for my xs max iPhone. The glass didn't come out to the edges and the first time it fell the glass chipped alone the one edge in three places. I went online to get my replacement and they want $10USD to mail me a new one. I didn't order the new one and will look for another replacement elsewhere. Not much of a guarantee in my mind.
Ordered a new screen protector through their warranty. They are very quick to taking money out of your account, but not quick with shipping. When trying to email they don't respond, when trying to call they will put you on hold and then end the call after 7 minutes of being on hold. The only way I was able to talk to customer service was through their online chat. I was finally able to get my tracking information. They finally sent my screen protector after more than two weeks of waiting. I received it at 3 weeks, but they sent the wrong screen protector, and they will be sending the correct one in 5 days. They said it was due to system changes which to an extent I can understand but their lack of communication, and continual screw ups show that this company has some major issues. I am very upset with how this company run.
My story is very similar to ALL the other 1 star reviews. Was overcharged by T-mobile store $40 for original purchase (my fault)
Got screwed again for $9.95 shipping fee from pure gear for replacement. Lasted less than 10 days before chipping & cracking.
They should be called Pure "$h_t"
This is defiantly the worst protector I have had and the guy at the T-Mobile store told me it was the best, I am currently on my 3rd one as it does have a lifetime warranty so I just go to T-mobile and they give me another one for free, however its 3 times in less than 3 months, and I just dropped my phone again tonight at work and guess what... it popped off and broke again! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Samsung Galaxy S9 user.
Ordered a $60 screen protector from a local verizon store and it broke within two weeks. I ordered another one as it has a life time warranty, and I had to pay shipping. I also went to register my device 3 weeks ago for their life time $100 phone protection plan and I received an email saying that I would be notified when it was processed. It still has not been processed. I wish I did my research before I bought the screen protector. It is horrible. I had an older one that lasted me 4 years. Why is this one lasting me two weeks?
Answer: No product received no way to connect them. PAId FOR SHIPPING ALSO
Answer: SCREEN PROTECTOR CRACKED. THEY IGNORE ME, I CANNOT GET REPLACED. TRYING FOR OVER 6 MONTHS. WARRANTY EXPIRES FEB. 2020. I WILL NEVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM PUREGEAR.
Answer: It won't be. I hope you didn't pay the shipping fee because you won't see that either. Consider forgetting about it or possibly editing your review to reflect your current situation with their customer service. Consider also putting pressure on the place where you bought it to stop supporting an expensive product that doesn't do what it's being used for.
Answer: PureGear does not honor defect products and ignores submitted warranties. NO REPLACEMENT, ON RESPONSE. PureGear does not answer telephone number 1-877-570-4327 AFTER HUNDREDS OF PHONE CALLS. RINGS ONCE AND HANGS UP. ANYONE SELLING THEIR PRODUCTS IS IN COLLUSION WITH PUREGEAR.
