The screen saver broke after being dropped on the rug. It's pure garbage! I applied for the warranty and after 2 weeks of numerous emails and phone calls, I've not had so much as a response from pure-gear and I still don't have the screen protector.
I have called over and over every day trying to contact someone to get my purchases registered. Never got even one call back. I'm sure these items are never going to be covered for replacements. I'm hoping to see a class action suit against them. I am not happy with them at all.
I bought a screen protector 3 weeks ago when I got my new iPhone 11promax and the AT&T store installed it. Now it is pealing off in the top corner and they told me to go see AT&/T they were responsible since they installed it for me. AT&T says that PureGear is responsible, I wonder who is going to pay any damage to my screen if I drop the phone? I want buy or recommend this company to anyone.
Was fast talked into this by sprint sales guy, spent $170 on 4 protectors. Was told that in the event of needing to make a claim, I am insured for $100. Sprint will replace it for $30 and I can pocket the $70. Not True! When I went to make a claim, they only cover the $30 (fair enough) but will charge $10 to send a new protector! Not worth my time and I am still out a lot of $$$!
It was not easy to find how to register and request a replacement in their site.
They only start working at 11:30 AM EST! So, I called 15 times and left 5 messages. After 15 mins of waiting, line is routed to a voice mail. Nobody called back.
I opened 2 tickets in their site: 10 days later: no response.
And they charge 10$ for shipping? Rip off! I had Bodyguarz before, which was excellent
I have left voicemails and emails everyday for a week regarding my shipment and still no answer! Put my card through and received a claim and ticket number
My $55 screen protector cracked after 2 week. Don't bother trying to call them! Every time I did, I was put on hold for 45 Minutes then received an answering machine to leave a message, Needless to say, no one ever returned my phone call. I registered the screen protector and filled out a warranty claim, but was never contacted by phone or email. Huge waste of money! Absolutely no customer service. Victra needs to stop selling their products.
We have emailed several times. When filling out the questionnaire about why I am contacting them the area code of omy phone number needs to be enclosed in with the "( and)." BUT it won't work either way,. They should definitely not be in business! The business where I bought it from told us we have to go through proper channels to get reimbursed for our cable. Really?
It took 3 weeks (9/4 to 9/25) for my registration to be completed on their site. Calling them is a waste of time- after about 20 -30 minutes on hold I'd get disconnected every time.
I submitted my warranty claim in 9/25 and as of today, 10/19, it's still pending. Pathetic. Call your carrier and ask them to stop buying from them.
Unfortunately I didn't see these reviews before the rep at tmobile recommended this screen protector. Dropped at the gym a week after I got it. Email the company at customer support with copy of invoice. No response. From the look of these other reviews I'm assuming I never will.
Because PureGear would not answer my 3 phone calls, and not reply to any of my 3 voice messages, and not answer my 2 emails, from 9/28/19 thru 10/17/19, I can only assume they will not honor their warranty for one of my cell phone Glass Screen Protectors which is defective - it falls off after 9 months of use (has a 1 year warranty), but it is not broken. It was a very good Glass Screen Protector until it started falling off. Our other Glass Screen Protector is fine. Both Car Charges are also fine. So, after talking with the AT&T Store, where I purchased 4 PureGear items, at the store's suggestion, I have purchased another Tempered Glass Screen Protector from a different supplier not thru the store as a replacement for 1 of our 2 Galaxy 9 phones. FYI - PureGear did have my customer account information and a copy of my receipt available through their website, including my 9/28/19 email. But, they never accepted my claim, and as I previously mentioned they never replied or actually answered any questions.
Phone is three weeks old and I am on my second screen protector. Never dropped or mistreated and in my pocket with nothing else. These are a huge waste of money... DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
DO NOT purchase their products! I was one of the many naive buyers to believe AT&T employee would wisely advise me on accessories only to find out that I purchased an over priced crappy product from a company that does not stand behind their products. I paid $39.00 for each screen protector which was damaged after only 4 days of usage and keep in mind, my previous one lasted 7 SEVEN years without a single scratch! It takes over ONE HOUR to register their product on line prior to filing a complain AND THEY REQUEST extra $10 for shipping costs! It costs only $9 to purchase another product with free shipping from anywhere else so I rather not even go through the time consuming of pursuing anything further with this company. There are many complaints already filed against this company with the BBB so I think is best to stay away from Pure Gear until they recognize and better up themselves.
Note: It is hard to see the evidence on pic attached due to glare
Dont bother with these expensive "warranty items" the registration process alone costs more in time than the product and it breaks with the slightest dropo. Buy a bunch on amazon... easier...

I want this company to no longer scam people of their money and I get sick of companies that do this to consumers. This only takes about 5 minutes at most to fill out. I normally could care less about losing $40 but when it happens repetitively to everyone, it becomes personal. Thanks guys!
Bought screen saver at At&T. Cracked after a few months. Went online and filled out form for replacement. My credit card was charged and now it's been 2 months and i still haven't received. Called company several times and left messages no response. Emailed several times no response.
I ordered a screen protector two months ago and a month into this ridiculousness I was told it was on back order. Are the screen protectors being made in another country because two months now and several emails with no response. BTW the screen protectors are garbage and break and the reason I have to keep ordering them. Third one in 3 months. Don't order from this company. Super expensive,
Bad quality, terrible customer service.
They make it really difficult to file a claim. Can't get to the form even though I am already registered and already filed a claim. Screen protector sucks. Verizon does push this company - buy beware
Fingerprint sensors are worthless for the Samsung note 10+. What a scam... Doesn't work from day 1 on at&t installed product... And they make you spend 2 hours on bogus warranty emails, chats, and return bs and pay to have another delivered. Worst customer service ever.
This company's screen protector is a total rip-off. Mine broke. Pure Gear only responded to me when I posted a negative comment on Facebook. When they finally did, the replacement screen they sent me was the wrong size.
Answer: No product received no way to connect them. PAId FOR SHIPPING ALSO
Answer: SCREEN PROTECTOR CRACKED. THEY IGNORE ME, I CANNOT GET REPLACED. TRYING FOR OVER 6 MONTHS. WARRANTY EXPIRES FEB. 2020. I WILL NEVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM PUREGEAR.
Answer: It won't be. I hope you didn't pay the shipping fee because you won't see that either. Consider forgetting about it or possibly editing your review to reflect your current situation with their customer service. Consider also putting pressure on the place where you bought it to stop supporting an expensive product that doesn't do what it's being used for.
Answer: PureGear does not honor defect products and ignores submitted warranties. NO REPLACEMENT, ON RESPONSE. PureGear does not answer telephone number 1-877-570-4327 AFTER HUNDREDS OF PHONE CALLS. RINGS ONCE AND HANGS UP. ANYONE SELLING THEIR PRODUCTS IS IN COLLUSION WITH PUREGEAR.
