Punchbowl was great - from the initial invite to the thank yous. They had the exact invite I wanted. Sending and monitoring the invites and responses was super simple through their site. I was very happy with using them and will do so for any future invitations I may need.
Loved the app it was easy to use and the invitation itself was awesome didn't think I would be able to find a nerf themed invitation but surprisingly they had one and I was able to incorporate my sons picture which made it even better! Everyone was able to receive the invite with no problem even my granny! Definitely will be using this app for every event in the future!
I used punchbowl to create birthday party invitations for my son's 6th birthday. The process was so easy and I was able to choose a dinosaur theme invitation for his party. I also loved that I could upload his picture. The customization process was very simple and you can preview the invitation before you send it out. I also liked that you could text and email the invitation because alot of times you don't have the email just a phone number so that made it so convenient. You are also able to see who viewed the invitation and it allows them to RSVP. Lastly I like that I could send a reminder a few days before the party. I will definitely use punchbowl for my invitations again.

Punchbowl is my go to invitations and greeting cards site. I find it easy to navigate, edit and re-use contacts. Also, the support team is responsive and supportive.
This was my first time using an official RSVP service. I thought it was very easy to use, and I loved being able to export my guest list as an excel sheet. That was extremely helpful for organizing and distributing. My only negative is not understanding the $7.99/mo being an annual fee. I may have hastily signed up or it may not have been super clear. I only wanted it for a month and it was extremely easy to reach out and ask for a refund for the other 11 months which I didn't plan to use it. I would certainly use them again.

I loved the availability of being able to either use text or email. The option was great when the invite was declined as a text I was able to send it as an email. Also liked the "Announcement" feature. Given the fluidity of the event, the chance of rain, I was able to provide instructions on our preparedness.
I have used this site for my children's birthday card invitations and boy did it same me time and it was so nice to personalize my own card and make it special. You can add pictures and put all the information in the card and it looks great.

First time ever using Punchbowl. It is so convenient. Cuts out having to buy invitations/thank you cards not to mention stamps! Also not having to write down my personal number for guests to rsvp. I love it and will definitely use in the future. I also loved that it lets me know when people have viewed my thank you cards.
Punchbowl invites were a great start to my daughters 16th birthday. The invites were super cute. The customer service was the fastest I have ever received. I am not a technical person and they were able to fix my error on their end... that means everything to me. Happy Momma

I had a birthday party for my daughter at Chuck E Cheese and the invitation was done by Punchbowl. The Punchbowl app was awesome! All I had to do was fill in the party information & select a background to send the invitations. Then my guests accepted or declined the invitation with a chart for me. I am looking forward to using Punchbowl app for all my parties & gatherings!
