ON SATURDAY JUNE 18,2022, I WAS SHOPPING AT THE PUBLIX ON 4628 AIRPORT BLVD. MOBILE AL. AT 8:30 AM. ONE OF THE ITEMS I WANTED WAS SOME FRESH COD. WHEN I GOT TO THE FISH DISPLAY A YOUNG BLACK MAN WAS JUST PUTTING OUT SOME CRAB LEGS AND THE REST OF THE DISPLAY CASE WAS EMPTY. I ASKED HIM IF HE WAS GOING TO PUT OUT SOME COD. HE SAID NO BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT. HE INFORMED ME THAT HE WOULD BE GETTING SOME TOMORROW. AS I DID NOT NEED THE COD UNTIN THE NEXT DAY I SAID THANK YOU I'LL COME BACK TOMORROW. AS I WAS SHOPPING DOWN ANOTHER ISLE HERE COMES THIS YOUNG MAN AND SAID "SIR, WE JUST GOT SOME COD IN, DO YOU STILL WANT SOME"?. I SAID YES, FOLLOWED HIM AND MADE MY PURCHASE. I WISH I HAD GOT HIS NAME. I DID NOT BUT THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT WITH MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT PUBLIX. EVERY TIME I VISIT A PUBLIX IT'S THE SAME. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pharmacy never have medications in stock, don't when or if they will get them, just lucky when they do.

The only ads I see from Public sent to my mailbox in the Clay Today paper are for liquor. Do you only want to spot alcohol products? Do you believe the people of America need to be anesthetized in order to live here through alcohol. Do you believe if you get people drunk enough they won't see the gas prices of the cost of groceries and everything else it'll ease their pain. You don't put out any ads for food just alcohol I just wonder what You are thinking. I would like to hope that people don't need drugs and alcohol to survive in this country. So why don't you forget the alcohol ads and put out whatever it is for people to feed their families.

We as a family have been loyally shopping at Publix for over 20 years ever since we moved to Florida.
It is was sadness I have decided it is time to shop at alternative stores. Publix price increases have become exorbitant, there is nothing you can pick up without seeing an increase in price and often not by pennies but a large increase.
As we are now senior citizens and living on a fixed income it is no longer beneficial for my husband and I to continue shopping at Publix.
Your a store that prides itself on serving the people you are falling very short in that department.

Overall Publix is an ok store, some of the employees are really great. Others, over the top helpful where it becomes a nuisance. Yesterday one of them started punching on the screen at the self checkout while I was entering my pc nr and of course her "helpfulness" voided it. Besides that incident they are not open to any criticism/feedback or requests whatsoever, they get offended. I am limiting my shopping trips to Publix as much as possible.

I truly go to Publix every day. Couldn't ask for better atmosphere today I ordered a sub and Sameria made it. Horrible service she did not want to be there and made it be well known. I'm not one to complain at all but she truly made me want to walk away and not finish my order like my presence there was truly not wanted. Im if you don't want to be was work that bad dont if so I really don't believe she should be dealing with customers one on one she was completely rude.

I have shopped for 20 years at publix, no more. I only go if I have to. The store in Lighthouse Point where I live is horrible place to shop, really shopping here is no pleasure like they say in their ads. Today I went and they were out of milk, Lettuce juice etc. Its always out of half my list. Really waste of my time!
What I dont understsmd is I go to Winn Dixie or Wslmart and and they arent out of anything, mot to mention the savings. Trust me you save dollars mot a few pennies. For example Progresso soup Publix $2.99 a can Walmart $1.68 per can and they areaking a profit and Winn Dixie $2.29. You do the math. Publx where Shopplng is a Holdup. Im done never again bye bye Public!

Publix in Lebanon, TN never has rotisserie chickens out. The last five times I've gone to get one there none. I've complained to the head store manager every time

I have been using my travel passports the last couple of weeks as my ID western union said it was okay. The Haitian lady landwich did not accept my travel passport because mentally she did not understand to accept it. She said it was expired. I tried to explain to her that I used it the other day and Patricia was standing behind on other side of cashier box and she was rude nasty to me how she spoke unprofessional to me and she was there the day before when kiera accepted my passport and she never said anything then. I let the supervisor know and he seemed not to do much about it because when I had to turn around and get laundry detergent I had to pass the customer service desk and they were laughing and gossiping as I passed by. I recorded it on my phone and so I had proof and Patricia flashed her phone at me. I went and told the supervisor again the way Patricia, landwich and kiera were in the store again were unprofessional and Patricia tried to get Kiara involved when I did not deal with her that same day. I checked my mailbox and got my license and went back to store and supervisor gave me the western union money. I should have gone to walmart and gotten better service.

This is the year 2022, in case you haven't heard, you're required to wear a mask if you're working around food- especially if you're preparing food. I even mentioned that to one of the store managers and they almost acted as if it wasn't too much of a big deal. If you can't breathe while wearing a mask then stay home! Her nose wasn't even partially covered

I have been a customer for years, but I will never by a rotisserie chicken there again. This was the 2nd one, and just like the last one, the skin was thick and like rubber! The one I bought today was really dry with no juice. It must have been under the lamp for hours. What a total disappointment and a waste of money!

I will not shop at Publix anymore after I was disrespected by a pharmacist at store #1621.
The pharmacist was very rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional.

I shop at Daniels crossing in ft Myers. Not only did my store give me a great prime rib, but the Italian cookies they had from the bakery took me back to grandmas house. Thank you Publix.

I have been buying the Publix rotisserie chicken for years but over the last year they have been selling some type of shrunken dry chicken the size of the palm of a hand. Publix has really going down in customer service and value and shopping is definitely anything but a pleasure.

I am now shopping less at publix due to their produce dept having a limited selection of organic produce and produce that has been previously frozen which makes it taste "Not Fresh". Also most of their seafood is previously frozen and farmed raised which I will not eat. I now shop at whole foods which in my opinion is a little better with the exception of their limited selection of products and pushing their 365 brand.

I've known Kelly over 30 years, very good manager but he has a disgusting habit of smoking cigarettes and cigars inside Publix markets and manipulates the bakery associates order them to give him free coffee and other items those cashiers have a hard time let alone dealing with Kelly Lee Arnette..

Ordered a 2 to 4 person turkey dinner on November 2 2021 and was emailed a receipt. Pick up time was confirmed for 2:30 PM November 24,2021. I arrived at 2:30 Nov 24 to find not only was it not ready for pick up they were not aware of the order. They scrambled to put the order together. I was kind of surprised that they expected me to walk out of the store with the dinner in my cart unbagged. Since I needed to buy a pie I went through checkout explaining to the cashier that the dinner was paid for and only needed bagging since deli tossed it in my cart un bagged. She then began to scan the dinner I had to stop her and explain that only the pie needs to be paid for the dinner is paid I just need it bagged since deli didn't. She understood then.
Honestly I could have gotten everything myself much faster and avoided the hassle that the whole ordeal was.

Publix on Hutchinson Island Stuart should close. Every time I go in I hear the " oh we're not as big as the store in town… so we don't do that, have that etc. They open at 8 but the lady working in seafood will tell you without a smile that her section is not ready until 9:30. So kind of waste of MY time then and you could be a little nicer while blowing me off! Today after showing up early I was told at checkout that gee this ham doesn't have a price. 10 minutes later after they pushed me off on another cashier I told them to keep their overpriced miniature ham. I'll buy it at Winn Dixie. I've been going to Publix since I was a baby …. Not another penny for bad service and poorly run stores with lame excuses.
