The head pharmacist at Publix 12 oaks plaza in Bradenton Erika has continually gone above and beyond her job parameters to help customers including myself out. Her and her staff, but we have positive attitudes, no matter how busy they are and she is a large asset to the Publix company.

Ordered one of Publix boarshead cheesesteak at Publix on Busch Blvd and 56th Street. Here it is! Ordered with mushrooms, onions, and cheese. Received uncooked mushrooms, no onions, hard cheese, and a little bit of meat. Ordered online for pickup and had to wait 40 minutes after the promised pickup time. Already returned home before I realized what I received. Paid almost 10.00 for this.

Ongoing harassment by the same rude employee almost everytime I shop in this particular Publix. If she is behind the CS desk and I need quarters, stamps, lotto tkts. I will go somewhere else.

Publix let's employees hit other employees without any consequences. Horrible place to work! Also the customer service manager doesn't do his job properly! His name is Arsenio

Mussels were horrific. They say return if not satisfied.?. How do you know before cooking?
Last time we will buy mussels from any Publix, let alone their "supreme" brand!

Just got back from publix at the corner of SR. 80 and Buckingham Rd in Fort Myers FL. Had a cart with $200 Plus in merchandise, just wanted 2 gallons of TG Lee milk that they are always out of in the case because they only have room to put 4 or 6 gallons of the TG lee milk yet they have dozens and dozens of there own brand. Well the $#*! in the dairy department was more concerned with me leaving the back room than getting me milk even tried to grab me. Left my cart full of groceries and went to Winn Dixie across the street (not much better). Seems like publix has gotten big enough they don't care anymore. Will be a while before i go back.

Accidentally I noticed that they charge me twice!'when I confronted the manager about it he didn't bother toss sorry me!

Never mind. Everyone has a bad day. Cashier was rude. Not the usual at this Publix. Customer service at this store is usually good.

We all know inflation is off the charts and some Companies are taking advantage of this situation. Publix is one of these Companies. If you pay close attention you will notice that their prices are much higher now than they ever been, I have stop shopping there for good now and I hope you do too.

Defamation of character issue. I was at Publix Young Circle on November 7,2022. I am a frequent shopper there because I reside on Hollywood Beach which is about 1.5 mi. Across Hollywood Blvd going East to the Beach. As I was inside of the store I met a uy and started a conversation with the guy about the Powerball Numbers. After the conversation because since I was getting a sub from the deli I asked if he was hungry and wanted something to eat, which is what I do when I meet a homeless person. So as I proceeded to the deli, I placed my order and afterwards proceeded to the checkout counter. Once I was in line the guy that I was purchasing a sub for had a cup of soup in his hand, little did I know that the guy decided to walk out without paying for it. So when he left the store and I checked out she (ChiChi) asked me if I knew the guy and if he was with me. I didn't know the guy, I was just being nice to the dude by treating him to something to eat., so therefore technically he was not with me because I ran into the guy inside of the store on the way to the restroom. So as I was exiting the store I overheard (ChiChi) asking the bagger named Phil if the guy was with me and he said yeah I saw them come into the store together. Now that was a blatant lie because as i stated previously that I was already inside before the guy even came into the store. He only said that or assumed that because he saw us talking over by the rest rooms, which was an incorrect assumption. I know it may seem like a minor incident but I reported the baggers false accusation to the Manager Kurt because it means a lot to me not to have my reputation in Publix nor the community,. Tarnished by this baggers (Phil) false accusations. I am an upstanding member of the community, self employ and very respected in the South Florida area. What someone else does inside or outside of Publix has nothing to do with me. I was trying to good by buying a homeless person food but somehow the good turned into bad. Go figure! So today 11/09/2022 when I approached Phil about what he had said to Chi Chi he became beligerant and hostile calling me a bunch of name, talking about my mommy and giving me the finger. Now I have been going to Publix for 20+ years and have never had an employee represent Publix in such an unprofessional and hostile manner. Having people such as Phil as the face of Publix is a total disaster and I feel s though Phil should stick to bagging and collection of the carts instead of wasting Publix time and money on him trying to be security manager, etc. And furthermore demand an apology from him as well as the Publix organization. Please advise?

Tim at the Canes Bay Publix in South Carolina is absolutely amazing and a true asset to the brand/company.

I recently had foot surgery and placed an order thru Instacart. My husband was sent to grab our groceries and wasn't sure of how the Instacart service worked.

I placed a call to Publix, spoke with Tim and he literally and personally took such great care of everything!

Truly a pleasure having an employee such as Tim, who was patient, kind and extremely helpful. Thanks so much Tim.

We came in to get some of those amazing publix subs and we were (greeted) by the sandwich deli person. He said with an angry tone, "it's gonna be awhile!" Then he yelled to his coworkers that he's going to need help. We walked out because of his attitude. We have never felt so frustrated and we know now that it's not always a pleasure to shop at Publix.

Publix why can't I get what I order via Instacart. You don't have buy 1 get 1. Your out of items. I have canceled my instacart 4 times bc of you Publix! I am not paying instacart or extra prices only to get half of my order. Just a terrible company!

I was in shock from how they couldn't process a simple order, to spilt the cash and had wasted my time. 0/10

I am all right that as a physically challenged senior age 79, double amputee, I am charged more because I am unable to come into your store to shop. Since I sent someone to pick it up, I should not have to be penalized so I've seen me much for something I have no control over. You already charge higher prices in the store and then to have a surcharge added per item that is shopped online is ridiculous. Take advantage of the handicap. I know you publicize that you are charged higher prices, but you should be ashamed

I purchased an apple pie from the bakery at publix in Thomasville on Friday Sept 23rd. The bottom crust on the pie was completely raw. I guess they just put the pie in the oven ling enough to brown the top. It was horrible. Threw it away.

As an update to my previous less than stellar review, I want to say that as a rule, Publix excels where customer is concerned. One of the pharmacy personnel was less than helpful in getting my much needed prescription filled, on more than one occasion, but other than this unfavorable experience I have found that they make every effort, in every area, to be helpful, kind and appreciative. I can get many products at Publix that aren't available elsewhere. Some products are higher priced than other outlets but as is often true you get what you pay for.
