To who may concern. On 05/04/2023 I went to Publix that located on ******* immokalee road Naples fl *******.i went to public to do a transfer.when I got there Dina at customer service refuse to get her job done. The whole time I was waiting Dina was been very rude in disrepestfull to me. As a customer Dina treaded me very poorly instead of her asking me for my ID she ask me to write every information drown while she stood talking and laughing to her friend no customer diverse to be treated like Dina treat me as of today I would never come to that store again your customer service is very poor

Prices go up weekly but there no covid,no supply chain issues,looked into maybe their suppliers are charging more...nope.you can check if you know wholesale buyers...i dont have a proof of purchase because i walked out in disgust with my buggy half full

I went to the Publix on Gulf To Bay in Clearwater and waited at the deli while 3 employees passed me looked at me then looked away. 1 was a female manager. I worked all day and standing there waiting to get help to order lunch meat is crazy. They could acknowledge me and say 1 moment but they don't. Wenhave had this issue before and have complained to the manager before and nothing has changed. We will not be going back there and will tell others of the crappy service. Step it up Publixs lots of competition out there so don't get cocky.

Great bingo deals, name products, great 5. Sushi on Wednesdays - TERRIBLE produce - much of it has gone bad, soft, (all types) and is inedible! Have had this happen numerous times with their citrus, carrots, potatoes, cut veggies etc. Given their higher prices you wouldn't expect the percentage of this rot in produce!
Be careful and check everything!

I have become increasingly worried about the products sold at publix especially dog treats.recently they had good n fun.very expensive and they gave my dogs diarrhea.with the fl excessive heat I believe a lot of these groceries are spoiled and being put on the shelf anyway.They are the most EXPENSIVE grocery store in FL and I intend to stop shopping there as the quality of the food including deli items has become very poor!

All I needed was a Happy Birthday wrote on a birthday cake already made.They spent more time telling me why she couldn't and I should go to another store. Then 5 min or less writing happy Birthday,both Doug baker blv and chlesea al store.

After choking it down, really dry needed to come with some Caesar dressing, but didn't. You should try eating some of the pre-made wraps and sandwiches you would get a better idea of what you're serving. Needless to say I don't recommend this wrap unless you have access to some dressing. Ate some Fritos with it which actually had more flavor! Purchased at Publix on 59 in Foley

Katy is very knowledgeable, courteous, and fast to help clients at the deli from store 0542. She is always with a smile and ready to serve. I love to get subs when she is there. Excellent customer service and asset to Publix.

They literally changed their policy of accepting prescriptions (even if it's continuity of care with an in person visit scheduled in less than a month) for a telehealth visit (even if prescription originated from live visit). Find another pharmacy.

The pharmacy on 5804 Bee Bridge Rd. If you bring in a script for a brand name prescription they give you generic. I was charged Brand Price. AND they would not take it back. Terrible pharmacy

Placed a online order for the deli in Palmetto, waited 20 minutes after it was due, asked about my order they said they found it but couldn't make it because they had no chicken tenders. Really, you couldn't notify me to let me know it will be late. Spoke to the manager they were pretty much like oh well. So I walked out with out my food. This is unacceptable.

I recently visited the Publix on Macon Rd in Cols GA. Not only did I encounter some horric customer service at the deli counter, but here's what I found in a bag of their Ore Ida crinkle cut fries...mold in the bottom of the bag.

There's no pie. It's all cream. If I wanted just cream that's what I'd buy.
Waste of money. I'm never buying it again.

Throwing away a perfectly good plant with a dead flower is laziness. A employee wants to agree with a customer, I offer to buy the plants at a discounted rate but it's easier and quicker to throw it away is horrible customer service!

I just left Publix and bought a valentine's gift bag! The gift bag isn't even closed at the bottom! My stuff would of fell right through!

BUT WHEN I CHECKED OUT ONLINE PRICE WAS $26.99! REALLY?! That's $6 extra for team Publix! Shame on you Publix. Walmart does NOT do that to its loyal customers. Beware Instacart shoppers!

I tried to fill my prescriptions at TWO Publix pharmacies within a 5-mile radius of where I live. The pharmacy on Melliluca and Military looked at my script and said no, as they chuckled & did not check to see if the medication was in stock. The second on 95 & Lantana said no, Publix doesn't choose to carry this medication & the other script, they were not accepting new patients for this drug. Hmmm, it would have been really upsetting if they decided not to allow myself & the rest of my family to buy groceries because they didn't have our items available. I will never shop at Publix again.

I visited two different Publix bakeries in my area last year, both for birthday sheet cakes. The first was for my sister's birthday. I placed a special order for a cherry cake with vanilla cake. I was told it was fine to substitute chocolate cake for vanilla, because my sister has a chocolate allergy. We cut into her cake, and it was chocolate. FAIL She couldn't eat her own cake. Even the label on the cake said vanilla. It was obviously not made for me but pulled out of the case ready made.
Giving Publix another chance after ruining my sister's cake, I bought my boss a birthday cake two months later for his birthday. No special order this time. Regular old black/white mix. Problem with this one? Absolutely ZERO frosting in the center. Just cake on cake. And it was DRY cake. Even the frosting on the outside was as thin as tissue paper. You could literally see the color of the cake underneath. I don't know who decided in corporate to skimp on the frosting, but again...another FAIL. It was embarrassing. Dry cake and zero frosting = waste of money.
I realize it's just cake. But when you spend hard earned money on food for someone's special day, you want it to at least be edible.
Get your act together, Publix. My ten year old granddaughter bakes better than this.

Approximately a year ago I went into the bakery to purchase a cake for my son ( everyone loves Publix cakes) However, what I discovered when trying to buy a cake for a young teen boy is my only options were cakes with old lady roses or cakkes with big blobs that were suppose to be balloons? Not everyone orders in advance so I met with the bakery manager and gave my ideas.why cant the bakery make a blank slate cake.one that is a blank canvas that a person can have whatever colors they want and Happy Birthday could be easily written in the color of the customers choice?
My thoughts and ideas and speaking to the manager didnt get me anywhere.I found myself again at Publix bakery a different Publix trying to buy. My son a Birthday cake again big blobs of frosting to look like balloons and old lady roses on "every" cake I wanted to have a cake with bright green and black but was told no...no blank white frosted cakes...settled for a speciality hazelnut chocolate cake and had Happy Birthday written on it with green frosting.
Why cant the bakery leave. A cake. Plain for a customer to decide their own color choices? Its soo simple and basic...easy.just try it.you might sell more!
