I was a Publix Customer for over 10 years, and i am highly DISSAPOINTED after I used their ATM where they have cameras, the ATM never dispensed the money and it was taken off my bank account. I asked the managers and they place the claim, after awhile NO ANSWER. Then, the bank requested the refund and it was declined by Publix. Then, I reached out to Corporate accounting dpt. And they found out the money was never dispensed because NO TRANSACION FEE was charged and even though they kept my money and DECLINED the claim and never reimbursed my money.

Over the course of a month I had doctors send prescriptions directly to Publix pharmacy. While the prescriptions were filled I was never notified even though they had my info on file. I have in the past received phone calls from other Publix stores (50 miles) away for other medications that I did not order. This department seems to be in disarray

Every year we start buying gift cards early for Christmas presents. But now Publixs new rule is 1 Amazon or 2 other store gift cards allowed. Yet when I go to Winn Dixie or target's there is no problem. More amazing is my wife worked for Publixs for years and is well known at this store. I guess Publixs will lose all this business for we have warn many others who buys now from other stores.

Today (9/21/23) I went to the Publix I've been going to for 4 years now with no incident, until today. Had a few items, waited behind a lady at a 10 item or less lane. Was not in a hurry. The Manager "Lance" comes up to me and tells me to go to lane 7 and he'll have an employee to ring me up. I counted my items for the heck of it and I had 14. I told him "All this for 4 extra items"? He said the lady in front of me had more than 10 items. I thought that was stupid in the first place but I said "That's fine, my bad". His remark back to me was "Absolutely". I thought wtf? I looked at the employees in my lane and said you guys have to put up with this too I guess. They couldn't say yes but they didn't say no.
That manager is a total moron. He should have first asked me if wanted to check out quicker in a new lane first but he had to get in my face and tell me to go. If I didn't mind jail I would have gave him a free trip to the ER!

Have been a Publix customer for over 20 years. I went regularly to consume their products without order, they prohibited entry to emotional support animals so I decided not to go again. I don't understand why the restriction if the animal is in your bag and doesn't cause any discomfort. I'm very angry with that. I hope they lose a lot of clientele because of that.

I am 62 and new to this new app on my phone called, "Apple Pay". I tried my new Apple card and it was declined. I called Anna over explained to her what happened (I opened my settings instead of my Apple wallet. I was clueless.), However, Anna showed me how to use my phone to get the job done. She made my shopping at Publix a pleasure. Sometimes people are short with us older folks. Not Anna, she was very helpful, respectful and courteous. Thank you Anna for being an awesome asset to the Publix organization. If you shop at Publix off West street, "Fountains West" location. Let her know you read this review and how proud of her you are for being a great person and helping this old lady. Thanks to Anna, I now know to hold my phone over the wave bars and pay for my purchases. I know this is a simple thing to some, but I am excited to have learned this, this morning 9.*******@ 7:00am.
Today, my shopping at Publix was a pleasure thanks to Anna.

I was sorry when Publix discontinued praline muffins but I lived with it. Unfortunately, the muffins now offered by Publix are extremely small and as of my last purchase, inedible. Next time you are in Walmart or Aldi, take a look at what is offered. Both Walmart and Aldi apparently use the same muffin supplier. Just take a look at the product, especially the blueberry flavor, and compare them with the ones offered by Publix. Of course, Costco's are much larger and a still better price but Costco's are so huge that I eat only a half each morning.

Example,item$ price between &$4.67 and $7.50 not knowing until going to register. Next examples STRAWBERRY3 $3.99 then in tiny letters per pound.

I love Publix supermarket, but the prices are extremely high.
4 apples $6,99? Really?
Potatoes….$6,99?
Anything you look at it's very expensive.

I generally purchase produce, cream cheese, bagels etc from Publix. I try to purchase meat and seafood locally. Lately the produce has rotted before it even ripens. The cream cheese spoils within days of opening. I have to keep bread/meat frozen so it doesn't spoil before the so called expiration date. Forget the Vine ripe tomatoes. They go bad before they ripen. I go to Publix because of the produce and it's one stop place. They have gone down hill in the last few years. I am being forced to grocery shop at other reputable local markets which can be more expensive. However, their organic products are so much better. It is worth spending a little more money for food that I can actually eat as opposed too Publix where the food doesn't ripen or spoils in a matter of days.

They gossip and say very bad things about some customers. Every time I enter the Publix in Post Common Shopping Center in Melbourne FL I hear some employees gossiping about customers.

I needed frosting and couldn't find it anywhere. I called and a wonderful person named Eli was extremely helpful. He went to see if they had at and I needed 2. He came back to the phone and told me they did have it and they will be up front at customer service. When I arrived I was very happy he helped me.
He was very polite and helpful Publix in Niceville, FL.

Came in the other night to get a sub. The person before me got a sub with marinara sauce and cheese with meet balls. After they were done I was up next. This guy who was doing my order DIDNT EVEN CLEAN UP HIS STATION! Only wiped off the knife with paper towel. Absolutely disgusting. Then while in the process of doing my sub he kept playing with the Sause and cheese that was on the counter…. Like instead of playing with it clean it up. Then after he was messing with it he didn't even wipe it off and cut my sub. I think you guys really need to train your employees to clean after every thing because of cross contamination. That's so disgusting
