Today i was at Loch Leven Publix, they had Entemine donuts buy one get one, on the sign the only exception was pop ems and bagged donuts. I went to buy boxes of mini donuts but at the register they rang up regular price, when i questioned it, a rude female who i assume was not the manager informed me it only applied to the eight count donuts. I told her the exception on the sign was clear but was not getting into a pissing contest with her. But i will not be back at the Loch Leven Publix again.

The picture says it all. WHERE SHOPPING USED TO BE A PLEASURE. Can't make this up. FROM HIGH PRICES TO ANIMALS AND UNACCEPTABLE ATTIRE IS ALLOWED.

It's awful what I found in the fish. I bought the fish from you yesterday, and I salted it well. Today, I was planning to eat it, but luckily, I noticed it before serving it on the table! I've been buying this fish from you regularly, and now I'm worried about my health because there might be parasites!

Horrible people seems to be not in the known. I ordered my sons bday cake online, came to pick up, nobody knew anything, so my son end up with regular basic one (it was very important to me) got balloons there a day earlier…. Came outside - 4 out of 6 flew away the manager was so nice, but there is only so much he can do…. I will never order anything from Publix ever again (it was my first time)

This is the second time in a month my wife and I have gone shopping on Friday morning, to buy an advertised special, only to find out they were out of what we wanted. One of there employees told us it should be in Sunday hopefully, they were taking names if you wanted to get the item. Publix has surely going down hill fast. Absolutely the worst management team. Reminds me of Walmart they just don't care

The staff at publics are friendly and helpful. The store is just the right size...not too big. They let me return yogurt because I bought the wrong one.

On July 5/2023 my Father in law went to Publix( Ponte Vedra,FL) to purchase 100 ACCU SMART VIEW STRIPS, i did told him that i can buy it from amazon but he was out and neede it! Yestrday we where reviewing his credit card bill ans find out that Publix charged him over $ 200 ( see proof), Amazon and other businesses charge aprox $ 49 to $ 60, today i call Publix and they say they cant do anything, my father in law is 93 years old and cand go there! PUBLIX SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELF! I WILL NEVE NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
THIS COMPANY IS AN HIGHWAY ROBBERY A PREDATORS OVER OLDER PEOPLE!

The customer service in this store does not understand what the word service means.
I am a senior and not very Astute at using the Publix app. I asked for assistance… the male light brown hair with a gray streak in his hair was available told Me to pull up the app and click print… I was not able to find the area he was referring to as I struggled with the app. A minute later with no help another made with dark hair said get your cart and get out of the way… WOW This is the NEW UNFRIENDLY Publix way of doing business. How rude can you be. Well needless to say I did move my cart and left the store.

This is not good service and I will probably never go back. I presume Publix has all the business it can handle and does not need new customer.
My review is not the only one that has spoken of the rudeness of the employee at Publix. High prices, Rude employees and nothing special to talk about Publix is not my go to store in the future.

For the prices Publix charge they should have a higher class of services and specialty items. Their fresh meat department is a big disappointment; they should have a real meat department where you can purchase the exact amount of meat you need; not just pre-packaged choices. Their deli lacks in variety and their BOGOs are now buy 2 get 1. I compared a pound of turkey lunch meat this week at Publix for $9.09 and the other two grocery stores in the area selling the same product for $4.79 and 5.29. This is not a bit overpriced; this is extremely overpriced. Unfortunately, they have no competition beachside and very little competition in Volusia County. It's worth going out of my way to shop elsewhere with a savings of over 30% at their competitors stores.

Hello, My husband and I are always in our Publix at least 5-6 times a week. Natalie the store manager can be seen leading by example out side picking up trash, or inside picking up strays and talking with her Staff.Mike is new and he is i believe grocery mng. Awesome guy. Produce you have Marlon, Tony in Bakery Smiley in deli, Kendrick and Rita in seafood. They make shopping so much fun. Barbara the cashier GOD SENT.the entire store goes above and beyond, if you need something, they whip out the phone and scan, and order if necessary. I wish I was able to buy them all a pizza, they are so appreciated, never disappointed. Oh yeah Mike and Jeff are also great managers always going in the back for us. Its so funny I cant be there w/o my husband he he w/o I without the team asking where we are. Btw we shop in Sheridan street closer to the beach.We wanted to express our love and gratitude to this team.

I have shopped at Publix for 20 years, always getting most of my meat and produce there and going to Walmart for other things. I have always shopped at the same store so I'm not complaining about all of their stores, just one. Recently, their produce has been less than favorable. I made stuffed bell peppers tonight with bell peppers purchased there and the peppers are stiff and hard after parboiling them and then baking them for one hour. Also, I've bought red leaf lettuce at this store for many years, but recently found a *cricket* in my salad after making a red leaf lettuce salad. I still have a hard time eating salad now. It was a big, dark cricket that apparently clung to a dark piece of the lettuce while I prepared it for the salad. The staff was very nice when I returned the cricket and told them what happened, but it was disgusting and traumatizing. I have started buying more of my produce at Walmart since the quality seems better, and I will NEVER eat red leaf lettuce again!

A new assistant manager at store 1368 named Eric keeps harassing a young mother and cutting her hrs I've witnessed it myself. I don't find him appropriate at all and no longer wish to shop at this company. I have told others to do the same. She's been working there for years and see how she is treated and they keep cutting her hrs to nothing. She's struggling to pay bills and take care of her child. I feel disgusted that they would let this young man treat anyone this way. I will tell others not to shop at this company.

Why everytime we call Publix store number 1658 in Greensboro NC they never ever have the material to make fruit baskets this is unexceptionable I could understand if a few times they didn't have it but it's been like 2 yrs and according to the person who is working in that department say that they just don't have any. Wow Publix get it together!

Endless incompetence it's mind-blowing How Time After Time it does not only not get better it gets worse. Keep hiring people that have no regard for anything but their paycheck on their hourly basis they're in no hurry to help anyone and your imbecile store manager laughed at me when I told him how disgusted I was I was on hold for 25 minutes kept being transferred to the bakery when I initially said Deli do they even sound alike prompt "2" is Deli... not! You guys have repulsed me for the last time this store is crap and I'll never shop there.

Few days ago I bought almond milk at Publix, I used to buy it; but I didn't for a while, what a surprise… what a bad taste …I don't really know what is happening with food right know in USA … this is incredible… not recommended at all …is this really almond milk…? Even when says NON GMO I don't really believe that is real almond milk …
