OMG! I WAS AT THE PUBLIC STORAGE AT 1387 NORTHSIDE AND OMAR IS TERRIFIC! HE IS SO HELPFUL ON SO MANY DIFFERENT LEVELS. THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME DEALING WITH HIM AND NOW I'M IN LOVE. The public storage at ******* Willow Glen Dr. Is a very classy place. Jennifer helped me and wad polite courteous and professional. I am also equally impressed how clean and nice it is. Im glad my GPS let me know we had arrived... because I would have missed it. It camouflaged with the beauty of the area, with other storages you can see the bright orange eye sore a mile a way. I was interest in a storage unit and I really wasn't sure if I was getting a nice one that I wouldn't have to worry about my clothes getting messed up but after Talking to Lamont Glover he make me feel so great and told me that I will not have to worry about anything that he will take care over it OMG he told me what sizes unit I need it he answer every question I ask thankyou so much for the great customer service look forward to getting a storage with you guys

I have been with this Sunnyvale Public Storage for many years. And I can say without hesitensy, that this is one of the best run facilitys I have been with since the '70's. What makes that possible, is the people who manage this operation... namely, Pervez, and his wife Taslima. They're intelligent, and well familiarized with the business. And, flexible to help ease the transition from scaling down in the apartment arena, to less crowding in your new home. I have several size storages - which help in the organization of my business - entrepreneuring. The units help keep my apartment looking nice and spacious, with a low work profile, to provide more room when I invite friends over. I believe I have less clutter then most of the friends I know, and this gives me more elbow-room for the comfort I long for after a hard day's work - such as a nice big TV, sound system, and some of my favorite books and magazines, not to mention some of my hobby equipment for photography.
Pervez and I have developed a good friendship over the years I've been there, and he has been a very good business consultant when I look for a little advice now and then.
I can say - without a doubt - they both get five stars
