We checked two other storage facilities in Pearl City and yours was the only one that had a knowledgeable person (Kaila) working the counter. Everything was easy and the price was competitive plus the prices for boxes ect. Were the lowest we had seen this morning.
I'm writing to commend your organization on two excellent employees--Jasmaine and Denise-- at your Culver City, National Blvd. Location. Jasmaine was the person helping us initially by showing us the Unit and completing the transaction. She was thorough and efficient in explaining the details of future visits and how to access our Unit and pleasant too. Denise came to our assistance by offering to go back to the Unit to lock it with the key we had purchased. We soooooo appreciated this because my sister was not feeling well; she has recently been in the hospital for atrial fibrillation and was extremely fatigued. They both were wonderful and it was a pleasant experience even though the prices had just gone up $33. We still signed up with your company. Thank you Denise and Jasmaine! Nelie Gill

I was told yes sure you can get your own insurance but, it has to be insured NOW!
To sum it up, through the phone conversations, I could have been warned of the added charges, plus giving me the time to contact my insurance company. Also, instead of the monthly rent of 45.00, it will cost 56.00 a month.
Does Public Storage need the money that bad that they have to MISLEAD and LIE to their customers? I will definitely warn others of the underhanded way that you do business.

My wife, daughter and myself had a great experience with the storage unit at 1293 W. 84th Ave. Federal Heights, CO. *******. Doug was the employee and manager was fabulous. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The only thing didn't help with was actually helping load and unload, lol. Seriously, all employees should be this kind and knowledgeable. Thank you very much Doug for being such a gentleman. God Bless.
I was in the process of trying to select a rental unit for a couple of months or so. I went to Public Storage, Store #*******, and met Mary. She was so helpful and accommodating, provided me with all the rules and regulations of renting with Public Storage, made suggestions about what size boxes/bubble wrap/tape to use. We discovered that her location did not have the size unit I needed, so she very courteously made a call to another Public Storage unit within the area and located one that had the size unit I needed. Fantastic customer service. As a former HR director, if I needed a person who would represent my business well, it was Mary. She greeted me with a smile, said "how can I help you today?" and help me she did. If ever you are considering people for a management position I would strongly consider her. Great skills!
I walk in. No hi or smile just how can I help you with a face like I dont want to deal with these people. Nothing compare my first time when I got the storage this girls have no customer service at all I said thank you not even a welcome I recieved really really bad customer service..

I have been using Public Storage for several years now, and they have always been courteous, helpful, and professional. Was just transferring to a different unit at property # *******, and Kevin and Barbara went the extra mile to make it easy to get it done. Kevin went way out of his way to accommodate me and it was extremely appreciated! Awesome folks there!
I've purchased moving supplies many times the past several months from property #*******. Each time, Jim has been able to answer all of my questions, is extremely courteous, and always helps me get materials into my car. Jim is a tremendous asset for Public Storage!

Diane Graham, the office manager is spectacular. She always says hello, and knows who is coming and going ALL THE TIME... I have never felt more comfortable leaving my last belonging in a storage unit with Diane around. She truly cares, and sees everything that's happening. She is an asset to PS. You are lucky to have a person like her working for you.
Answer: They will find a way to charge you for anything. And they will charge fees in which they will take you to collections for. They are a really greedy company
