Arie was extremely helpful, pleasant, informative, professional. I had never rented a storage locker, he was very helpful, repeated answers with a smile. I was impressed with him so much. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his job.
AND NO HE DIDNT PAY ME TO GIVE HIM A GOOD REVIEW. But, I hope my review and similar reviews from other happy customers, will make Public Storage owners realize what a positive he is to the company and compensate him ACCORDINGLY.
Good and dedicated employees are hard to come by.

I had the good fortune to meet the manager, Gari, at the Public Storage facility, which is located at 2900 Woodland Park Dr. in Houston, TX. The property number is *******. Gari provided me with all the information I needed, so that I will be able to select a storage unit that will be accommodating of my needs. As we interacted, I saw how she handled business with other customers, which let me know that it will be a pleasure to do business with her. I intend to do business with Public Storage, mainly because of the professionalism Gari demonstrated.

We were uncertain the kind of storage we needed in moving out of one house and combining items with a current house. Mr. Darrell and Ms. Kiera greeted us warmly and were able to serve us very quickly and very well. The friendly greeting as a new customer meant a lot. Darrell continued to offer good suggestions and had the sign up, rental, insurance and beginning packing materials taken care of in 30 minutes. Great job. Allen Rogers, Raleigh, NC

Quick shout out to the ladies (Kristi) of Public Storage Facility # ******* on a remarakable job they did on getting me a unit. Their customer service was outstanding. I even forgot to lock my unit, and they called, and provided me with a temperory lock until I can return to secure my property.In today's world where companies are all about money, they took the time to make sure their customers are taken care off.

My Public Storage location in Houston TX is at Woodland Park and Meadowglen in west Houston. I have stored my possessions there for several years under other ownership and for the last several years under Public Storage. My current manager is Gari. She is the most accommodating, helpful person ever connected with this site. She remembers names, is thorough and efficient processing payments and knows the site like the back of her hand. About two years ago, my daughter and I spent several days working in my unit sorting and making decisions about what to do with the items. At that time another person was the manager. The difference in the quality of service then and the quality of service under Gari is astounding. I have, today, had problems accessing this site, so I only hope this goes through and you are aware in corporate offices how effective and detail oriented this lady is. I found a storage unit right off of C470 & Kipling, which was perfect. I met with the manager, Cindy, and she was great! She helped me find the right unit for my needs. I was really impressed with her knowledge and recommendation. She showed me available unit sizes and locations available, which was a huge help. Sometimes you just can't picture the actual size in your head and she took the time to help me make up my mind. She was a pleasure to work with and really made me feel comfortable with my decision to rent there. One day, my key broke off in the lock and I had already closed it. She took the time to help me get the key out and the unit open again. What a relief that was! Not many people would actually take time out of their day to do something like that. I will be forever grateful to Cindy for her kindness, and for going the extra mile for customer service. I would recommend this Public Storage location to anyone looking for an honest value and great customer service.
