The office staff at this location is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They provide courteous and professional service.

This is the second time I have rented a storage at Public Storage so far i am very pleased my things have been in storage now for 3months my only complaint is that this Storage was not built for 26 foot truck to go down the aisle. But the lady that work at this storage unit was very very nice she helped me all she could till we got that truck down the aisle if it wasn't for her I would have went to another storage unit but if I ever need a storage again I would come right back to this same unit Thanks to Ms. Meka Washington at Public Storage Whitlock Place in Marietta Ga
I just rented a storage space for my 1961 antique car. I did not have all of the paperwork that was needed to rent a space for an automobile and I lived 50 miles away. Margie was very helpful and said she could put a hold on the unit and I could come back within the hold time period. I obtained the paperwork that I needed and returned 5 days later. She was very helpful and did not get frustrated with me. She explained all of the rules and payment policy. I really appreciated all of her help in her courteous, friendly but yet professional manner. Upon inspection of the unit I found it to be clean, dry and move in ready. Based on her service I would recommend Public Storage to anyone I know.
The staff at the Public Storage location ******* (1015 Gadd Rd, Hixson, TN) have always treated me with courtesy and professionalism. I am a returning customer and appreciate their courtesy and professional approach in doing business. Public Storage of Aventura is excellent. I just emptied my storage unit today after 11 years and 5 months. Everything stayed in excellent condition during that entire time. I would recommend them unreservedly!
Recently I stopped at a Public Storage in Hanover, NJ for information. The property Manager there was extremely helpful, pleasant, and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Good employees sometimes are hard to find. Public storage is very lucky to have this Manager. The store and property also were clean and well kept.
