The absolute worst storage rental that you can rely on. If there was an option for zero stars, I would pick it. The company raised my monthly payment by $75 without notification or permission. I spoke with the representative on the phone and to turn out she verified that I was not given a heads up by mail or email. If you are desperate for a storage rental, look elsewhere cause they will definitely raise rent for your storage for no reason at any time.
I was over Charged then it was sent to a collection for a balance that I was not Mine that ruined my credit after my unit was fladded. Supposedly it controlled temperature environment where the pipes broke and destroyed all my property and then the insurance company only wanted to pay me 20% of the value. Of the items In storage 4 months and I still have not been paid for any of my belongings nobody has ever working here. The insurance company never gets back to not suggest this place by any means
I'd like to highly recommend Tanisha Blair and Markesha Parker. They were super friendly and communicative with me throughout this process
For first time, we need to put some of our household in storage. We selected The Public Storage on 880 South Pickett Street in Alexandria, VA. From our initial questions about getting a storage unit to assistance as we move in, the staff has been truly exceptional. Renee, William, and a third whose name I don't have, have been very professional, informative, and friendly. They couldn;t be better representatives for the Public Storage brand.
Audra Brown was very nice and helpful she took her time and went step by step with us and we really appreciate it
Nicole was very friendly and knowledgeable. She had excellent customer service experience and did everything to make my situation better. She listened and try every and anything she could to help me. Public Storage has increased my payment by $40 a month. Which is a 25% increase in just one month. I've played this game before with Public Storage but not much I can do.
The greed of this company is insanity. My rate started at 260 and increased to 427. Per t keeps jumping soon it will jump to 1000 per unit the longer your with them. Definit Moving out this month.
My last storage unit was with CubeSmart. When I needed to vacate the unit I talked to the person in the office and told her I needed a couple days past the first of the month to vacate my unit. She said that was no problem, to come in and pay the prorated amount as I was leaving.
Then there's public storage I stored my stuff there for 2 weeks paid for a whole month. Then when I was ready to move my stuff out on the 4th of April the "lady" in the office said that there was nothing she could do. For those four days I have to pay for a whole another month. So if you don't mind throwing money away go with public storage if you don't like wasting your hard-earned money go to Cubesmart or maybe any other storage facility in the nation.
Kizzy is wonderful manager. She has great communication with me, and I really appreciate it. If I ever need Public Storage again I will certainly go to the Pflugerville location.

I was renting from the public storage in Douglasville, Georgia. Spoke with property manager Beverly whom is a huge fat liar, she told me my unit rented for $199.00 monthly. When I received my bill it was a whopping $314.00. I immediately moved out of the unit. I paid on February 6, and moved out on March 6 and now they are trying to charge me the full amount of $314.00. I paid for the thirty day usage and will not be giving these thieves any more of my hard earned money. They can kiss my butt if they think they are getting another dime out of me. Customer service is rude and very insensitive. Never again will I frequent this joke of a place.
Mrs. Prillca at store number #******* is very helpful, respectful and polite? Mrs. Prillca is dedicated to call me in a timely manner reminding me about my bill which is something I love, she is very appreaction and serves outstanding customer service
I started out at $89 for my storage in two years it's got a 228 I'm on a fixed income they raise your rent without even telling you they don't get back to you when they're supposed to and you're supposed to call them the fees are ridiculous if you're one minute late they're nothing but a rip off do not use them
Public Storage is a total joke… don't waste your time or money! I was a victim of Identity theft and spent hours on the phone with their team… only to be told I had to pay late fees. I had proof of affidavits and called prior to incurring fees, they didn't care and only want to take your money and Leon your assets. I had never been late… ever and was subjected to the horrible treatment of this joke of a company! Don't ever go here!
Public storages manager Annabel at the Huntington Beach gothard and talbert location has cheated me from day one. I was promised a 1 unit but anabell said that the she didn't have any dollar units and told me that since Covid storage units close at 5 pm she charges me 340 per month for a 10 x10! I can't get to talk to her superior she gives me the number that redirects.back to her i have tried emailing calling writing and chatting with public storage! I can't get anyone to call me back she texts me 10 times to tell me my payment is due or is late I have contacted the other Punlic Stoages around the same unit is 150 less than mine Annabel had 1 unit available lied to me about 5pm closures
My complaint is I can't get a live person from corporate to contact me! I'm beyond upset I'm moving out of Public Storage this weekend how can a manager charge what she wants and lie about the business hours and Anabell is not a professional manager has given me false phone numbers not contact her manager! There is no way to contact corporate! It's a joke fir 3 months! Nightmare!
JOE, the property manager took his time to show the different units, to accommodate our needs and answer all our questions. Joe was very informative, with pricing, hours of operation and promotions. When we looked at the different units they were spotless clean and inviting. Thanks for the 5 stars customer service.

Mike at Public Storage 5900 148th Street W, Apple Valley, MN is the best at customer service. He goes the extra mile and then some to make sure the customer is satisfied. Thank you so much! Good customer service is difficult to come by but not with Public Storage.
