Public Storage bought the facility I had storage in and immediately raised rents.
I went to the facility to remove my items and move around the corner to another facility.

I went to the space I have been to before, after seeing the commercial about First month 1$ and knowing we needed to get one. I got on line then went to see it and pay. Them knowing I wasn't moving stuff that day also. Well snap no 1$ and she had a lock and key and locked that baby on and said $19.99. I said I have one, might be in my Suv, can I go look? No we are all done. We here now and it needs locked even though, I was putting nothing in it. Weird. Sad and not very nice. I am not sure what to do?... upset and felt rushed and pushed along. I should have been safe. But... check your price before get in cart and have your lock. They don't care. Well this place on Powell near Hogan. I am shocked. I was in shock.
Babes was very good about getting me a unit and showing me how to do the gate access and the building access... She was very friendly and knowledge. Thank you, Dolores Criss.
I have been using various forms of Storage for many years now, but have to say that I've never been quite so impressed as just recently when I opened a Space near our new Address 2 days ago. The Staff was Remarkable! The 2 who are managing the Property at ******* US Hwy 1 at North Palm Beach FL are to be commended for outstanding service. Rebecca was Helpful in getting our needs solved for a Space and went out of her way to do that. Also, Connie was right on top of the process for creating an account and did all to help make this a Great Experience. Keep up the Good Work, PS!

Public beware! EXTRA FEES $20 to pay your bill...$50 if you are late and they cut your lock off and lock you out of your stuff. Two months late $300 for the smallest unit to get your things back before they steal them and sell them!

My unit was broken into and some of my property was stolen. The theif must have been another renter. Who had access to get into the locked and gated storage space and again have the access code to the building where my storage unit is located and then broke into my unit by picking my lock. Feel violated, don't feel safe using this facility.
We went here in to assess what was in my mother-in-law's storage unit after her passing and dealt with Anthony. He was the rudest most heartless douchebag I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't come here if somebody paid me to nor would I ever use them for storage facility due to the lack of compassion and professionalism that I received today. On top of which when asked 4 district manager information he gave false information which we verified with another facility.
Anne gave me exceptional service. I be sad if she ever left.

My name is Nathalie, one of the many satisfied customers at Public storage. I cannot thank public storage at park avenue, store *******, enough for savings my lawnmowers heavy equipment that day. After rearranging the storage and make it more organized, My boyfriend and I while in a hurry, forgot to lock it. We realized this 10 minutes soon enough while on the road and rushed back to the storage. The store manager, Brenda, was efficient and fast enough to put a new key in it, and had the courtesy to call us right back to let us know that she secured our storage, and to rest assure. Most storage offices or companies would not have cared or even worse dont monitor their property as advertised. Thank you public storage, thank you Brenda for saving our equipments.
First of all this place took over the Kodiak Mini Storage in my area. Kodiak were great people and very friendly. I came in to pay the bill one day and it had become a Public Storage. I just smelled a rate hike so I decided to move out and downsize to a much cheaper unit. Was also more comfortable with a mom and pop storage facility. I was one day late on moving out and got unit emptied on late Saturday Oct. 1st. Little nasty Arizona rep tells me calling their customer line won't do me any good since move was completed after office had closed Saturday. Tells me I will owe Sunday too. Why? He says because no one can verify its empty until Sunday. That just seems so petty. Kodiak would have taken me at my word. Its just one day. Glad I decided to leave.
