I admit I had trepidation going in to rent a space but any concerns or worries evaporated when LINDA at the Public Storage location in Sunland, CA helped me.
Calm and friendly, she explained every facet of the process. I never felt rushed or that she was anything but patient and helpful.
Don't pick the closest place... pick the LINDA place. A+ all the way!

First Star Wars start by saying Public Storage offers a dollar movie in first month which is misleading by time you finish paying you end up paying almost one month payment because you pay a $24 administrative fee then the $1 which total $25 then they add on the insurance which is $11 then there's the lock fee of $19.95 and then the taxes are added on by the time that total $#*! up you will be paying almost one month payment and also you advise them of what it is you are storing then they suggest the sides unit you would need to hold your items which you will be storing but when you started to put your items into the unit space it's not enough room I think that they should be more knowledgeable of the space unit but they seem not to be that and knowledgeable of the space in the units I have rent space unit before and it was able to hold the items a witch I was storing and everything fit but here at Public Storage everything did not fit in the space they gave me so they are not very knowledgeable of the spaces there are renting out I would not be recommending public storage 2 anyone because they are misleading with that dollar move in first month and not knowledgeable other space of each unit dependent on customers items

Thank you, Megan, of the Willoughby facility in Hollywood. I came in with several problems. You got right on them and didn't stop until each was resolved. You treated me with respect, understanding and a great sense of humor, and even laughed at my little jokes. I have been a customer at this facility for years. I'd never had a bad experience with staff, but you really shine the klieg on property management/customer service. You made all the difference to me on a particularly sad day in this troubling and troubled world.

Hello today I went into property number ******* Orlando Florida on Orange Blossom Trail and there was these two ladies named Jennifer and yessenia was helping us get all our information correct back and forth with two or three storage units I have in there. I just wanted to take that moment and tell you guys to tell them thank you for doing a great job I usually don't do reviews because I don't have time but I really appreciate them working with us in a professional matter. Thank you

I've had the worst experience at the 351 Parker St in Springfield, Ma. Judgement was placed on me a New Yorker of being rude, in which I wasn't an told to vacate my stay by a Mike Fleming. This experience of judgement by some that live in this State has been my worst nightmare. The mgr Ivelesse passes judgement on me an lied on my character, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone from New York. New Yorkers stay away from Public Storage, go to Uncle Bobs on Congress St. Whose staff is open an friendly to all that come across there doors.
