I signed up for access but immediately learned there was nothing available…the system just 404'd me immediately upon my requests. The customer service agent helped me with a refund without trouble. Thanks!

I used the chat function to cancel my search. David was very helpful and got it done for me. Overall the NY Records portal is outstanding and it's good to know there are folks to help your clients with the search process.

I was charged a $ 20 subscription fee. I do not recall ordering the subscription. I had to contact them and request a refund. They agreed to refund me. I'm awaiting refund.

Purchased a report and couldn't get it. Asked for the account to be closed and to be refunded. They fulfilled my request in full and was very quick with responses and handled the issues professionally...

I was very very disappointed with the service as I received no information and was charged $20 that I was unaware that I would be charged. However, when I closed my account and asked for a refund, they were very helpful with processing a refund without any incident.

This website was very easy to use and took hardly more than 5-10 minutes to find what I was looking for. Policies of the site are clear, and customer service was quick to assist me when needed. I would use this site again if needed.

I needed to find some information, and easily did so through Public Records. It was also very easy and quick to cancel my account through the Chat feature, as I will not need to continue to search Public Records.

I ordered a report and continued to get additional charges for several days. I contacted them via chat and the guy was very helpful crediting me for the report I did not order and closing my account. Very deceptive company!

So i wanted to do a one time report and i seen later i was charged $29 dollars more to create an account. I reached out to support and they cleared up the issue in a mater of minutes and refunded the money. Everything about this site was simple I definitely recommend this site
