Refund of unexpected charge processed with high efficiency

The sites fee structuring is very confusing and doesn't really make it clear that there is a subscription fee of 30 dollars a month.

Good experience was charged $30 extra for something I didn't authorize but they refunded the money so ok in my book

Got charged unexpectedly, the record request process appears intentionally confusing and obfuscates what charges apply to what services. That being said, the customer support was extremely responsive and willingly provided a refund!
