I wanted to find out the content of a friends will which is why I was using the web site... I didn't find what I was look for and was charged a $30 fee on my credit card... That charge was taken off when I phoned... The person that I talked to on the phone was very competent and polite and that's why I'm doing this review... /Don't remember if the date of experience is correct, might have been another day but it was last week.

Use the Service well I should say attempted to use the service but no information was provided. It did not work, but I was OK spending the $1, but then within 24 hours my card was charged for $30 that I did not approve, the live agent was helpful with fixing and getting me a refund, but I did not like the experience

I was surprised to see that I had a recurring charge for what I thought was a one time service. I was able to "chat" with a gentleman by the name of Charles who assisted me with a credit and he was very helpful
