I was charged for something I had not signed up for, contacted customer service and they immediately resolved the situation. Very pleased.
The database was great however I was not aware that there would be a monthly subscription fee until I checked my bank account and saw an addition $20 charge. This information was not well communicated on the website when I had agreed to pay $1 then $7 for a record. I was able to close my account with ease with the customer support chat that was very helpful.

I wanted to close my account and Nancy was very responsive and quick in closing my account without a hassle.
Public records data found what I was looking for within minutes.
The system can't sift out similar names and records even if you use the correct full name and location. Yet, it can give you a simple amount of information. The best you can do with this is confirm or deny any claims against another person.
Was very quick to respond and handled cancelling my subscription in a timely manner.

I hadn't realized that I had signed up for reoccurring charges to use Public Records. I contacted them and they issued a refund and canceled any further charges within moments of me contacting them.
