The chat system was very efficient. I had tried several times to accomplish what I needed online but could never get in with my email... no confirmation was received at my email. IN the chat, it was quick, pleasant and a relief.
I didn't really understand how to stop my charges to my account and I got on there and spoke with this automatic chat and he stopped it right away!
I'm not to fond of the service. I was unaware that the package I picked was semi-monthly for $20. Only after reviewing my bank statement did I discover this. I had to go back in to my account which doesn't have any tabs on the dashboard to cancel or remove your info. You have to use the chat bot to do this. The connection was fast I didn't have to wait and I was refunded one of the $20 charges out of $100 that has been charged to my debit card.
