Wow! Amazing! They checked immediately to see if I got the information I needed. ( I was still at the property I was looking at) and their expert got me extra info immediately. Then they chatted back and forth with me till I was satisfied with my inquiries. I thought canceling would be hard. I only needed a few properties and was Leary to sign up. It is 3am and they answered immediately. Canceled me. Told me if I need anything reach out. Best team of guys ever. If every bisiness was ran this way it would be great.

Customer Support is Excellent!

I was looking for property info in NM and thought I was on a free government appraisal website. Unbeknownst to me, I was enrolled in an auto debit service for monthly look up service and had been charged 160.00! I went through their help
Chat line not expecting to get a resolution immediately or even a refund, but the agent swiftly closed the account and refunded me the total amount-no questions asked. Wish every service and business was that customer service focused! Thank you, Amy!
