These guys got me the documents that I apparently couldn't have even waterboarded out of my mortgage company. Five months of begging, pleading and demanding they send me my mortgage relief paperwork after my house was paid off. Then I got on Property Recs yesterday and paid one dollar, a rep quickly contacted me and asked if I needed help. When I explained the situation, he said he'd try to find the documents for me. Within hours, those documents were in my email. Five months with no help from Selene Finance on this, then Aaron from Property Recs emailed me my whole mortgage relief statement within hours of my request. If I could hug him, I would. Thank you so much, this is such a weight off my shoulders!
Representative was quick, helpful, and was able to address my concerns. He was also able to assist me in usage of my account.
My experience was ok just needed more information. Dont really like the constant charges but they aren't expensive.

I was more than happy to pay $1 for the information I wanted. Once I entered my VISA card information, it became confusing exactly how much I was going to be paying. There was no "preview" of my charges prior to hitting the CONFIRM button. So I did NOT hit that button! Still the charge went through! And I did receive a report by email. Fortunately, it was only $1 at this time, but apparently there could be future charges on that card. I do not like saving my card information online, so would have preferred otherwise. I did contact customer service and after an exchange of emails fixed the situation.
