I had gone on this site to find historical documents regarding a partial interest in a property in Cook County IL. The data specialists were very helpful in providing me with a receipt for the reports as well as detailed information. What a huge blessing! They were super quick in their response time as well!

At the starting point of pursuing a property purchase, and this resources was the perfect drop off to my research.

I was able to locate exactly what I was looking for with no problems. And everything that I needed to know was listed on it.

I made a mistake by subscribing to a monthly plan. I contacted them by chat and Paul fixed the issue immediately.

I did not intend to sign up for the monthly subscription, so I closed my account. Afterward, I used the website chat function and asked for a refund. As I was typing in the chat, a message from my bank stated that the charge had been reversed. Thank you Donna.

I was being charged for a service I inadvertantly selected. This company refunded my fees. This is great customer service.

Can't change payment method once setup. Only option is to create a new account. So if a payment method expires or is closed you can't simply update like other services. Must create a new account and start over to get a different payment method used.

Website was helpful, saved alot time in searching through county records. They were precise and cheaper than the county. Needed to cancel reoccurring charges. Mary helped me and was done within a minute.
