I had gone on this site to find historical documents regarding a partial interest in a property in Cook County IL. The data specialists were very helpful in providing me with a receipt for the reports as well as detailed information. What a huge blessing! They were super quick in their response time as well!

I was being charged for a service I inadvertantly selected. This company refunded my fees. This is great customer service.
Can't change payment method once setup. Only option is to create a new account. So if a payment method expires or is closed you can't simply update like other services. Must create a new account and start over to get a different payment method used.

A recurring charge of $20.00 was noticed on my online banking last night. I did pay $20.00 back on April 28,2025 to assist in getting a copy of my original birth certificate from Alameda County. I used property report for ONE report on a house my daughter had put an offer on back in December 16,2024. I wanted only a one time report. Today I found out that I was getting a $20 recurring charge to my charge card that I did not want. I used the live chat option on the account and was helped by Alexander. After a quick check with the records and the account, he was able to take care of the problem and refund the money. This service is quick and efficient and FAR better than the expected norm with similar business transactions. I was initially concerned about your company because I never wanted or agreed to setting up a permanent charging account, however I was very impressed with how quickly you took care of the problem.
