I accessed the web site for property info. I paid $1 and then $7 for access. Which I was ok with. My bank called me a few days later about a $20 charge on my CC that they thought was fraud, which I confirmed that I approved the smaller amounts but not $20. My bank cancelled my CC and gave me a new one which this website somehow got and they charged me the $20 again, then they charged me $20 for the next month. I contacted them through the chat feature on the website and customer support said the $20 was part of the volume discount package which I NEVER approved. They supposedly are closing my account and refunded my money. If I don't get my refund, I am calling my CC company again.
WHAT A SCAM!
I had no idea I would be charged more money until I got my credit card statement. They said it is a recurring charge at the bottom of what I was on. They did give me a refund and close the account so I'm sure they are used to this Sad they have to do this to make money cause some will never see it

I got unexpected charges for a subscription or something I'm not even sure what it was but I was sure I did not click anything extra. The customer service person I talked about this issue solved it immediately with no hang ups so thank you Pamela.

I discovered a $20 charge on my account and thought my card was stolen at first, until my fiancé verified it was a legit company. I don't remember ever signing up for a "discounted package" on this site, maybe I paid $1 or something but not a membership. Nor have I ever logged into this account. I chatted with Anthony and he made it super easy to resolve this issue and refund the charges since last August ($180) and closed my account. I never noticed this but I will be more vigilant now.
Very satisfied with the service I was provided Fast, took time to listen and resolved the problem I thought I'd be on the phone for couple of hrs
