Requested a property record for a $1 charge. Somehow at checkout was charged $30 as part of the volume discount package. Requested a refund and was promptly assured a refund would be snt and confirmed by email.Great Service.
For some reason, I got unintended subscription for a few months. I reached to the customer service. Ryan had graciously closed my account and removed the charges for me. I appreciate the immediate response.
I received a charge. I did not expect from this company. I contacted-customer's board and they quickly reversed the charges. I do appreciate company that works to keep customers and potential customers happy. I don't know why I received a charge, unless I simply selected something I did not understand. I will probably use them again in the future because of this kind of customer support.

When I asked for the information concerning my property lines I understood there was a $8.00 charge. I got a recurring charge of $30.00 on my next bill. I did a chat with PropertyRecs and explained what happened and received a $30.00 credit on my bill. So I was a happy customer. Gave a 4 star review because it was unclear that I had signed up for the recurring charge... even though I got a confirmation of the $8.00 original charge.

After speaking to my lender, I reached out to customer service regarding this charge and was told it was for a bulk order. The rep immediately refunded my money. She was courteous and professional. Clarity is needed on the website as I did not see anything that would indicate I was ordering bulk anything. I only ordered a single property report.
