It was easy to use the site and get the information that I needed. It was also easy to chat with a representative to close the account when it was no longer needed.

This business, PropertyRecs.com, charged me a monthly fee of $20 for six months for some kind of membership or access I did not intentionally purchase. I made a single one-time purchase totaling $6 for a detailed property record and history. I never knowingly agreed to a recurring membership and it is my recollection no clear opt-in/opt-out button was displayed during my checkout. I maintain this option, is present, was purposely obscured by the business owner/website author in order to surreptitiously charge individuals intending to make a single purchase. The business denies they made any purposeful attempt to deceive. Upon challenging the business and explaining my position as never having agreed to a monthly charge on my credit card via the website chat function, I was refunded fully for the six months ($20 X 6) within minutes. It is my opinion it was done so quickly, they are clearly used to doing this for disgruntled (i. E. scammed) customers.
Easy to use through and was exactly what I needed. Will be sure to use again and will also tell other attorneys what a great tool for them
