Horrible. They manipulate google so they show up high in the google search for property records and make it seem like they are official government services. Tried to pay for the report as an 'guest' and that kept getting declined. I called the customer service and was told I needed an account to get the report. So I signed up and got the one report I wanted which anyone can probably get for free if they weren't duped like me and went to the actual government sources. Then a month later I was somehow locked into recurring charges I never wanted. Only thing not making this criminal is they did reverse the recurring charges when I complained about them

I came across your website doing property research for an appraisal job. I decided to try it, once, to see what you offer. Was disappointed to learn that everything you offer for a fee, I can find for free through public records. I didn't sign up for a volume discount when I got the minimum fee report. However, I was charged $20 for the volume discount anyway. I requested a refund and cancelation of my account via the livechat service. The customer rep gets 5 stars for not hassling me about the refund. But the company gets 1 star because it's a rip off when I can find the same info for free.

I found where to find information on my property and I paid the $18 so I could see it but what I was looking for is the actual paperwork when I originally bought the property February 19 77, which 111 Moore Wood Ln. And the piece of property that didn't have an address, but it was attached to our property with our mortgage and I recently sold the Wallace Road piece of property like a flag pole and flag to the right of 111 Marrwood Ln., Wexford PA ******* and now that I sold that piece of property, the buyers would like to come in from Wallace Road and that was what we were told can be done if we ever decided to sell that in the future that the people with that property could make a driveway up to the back property. And that's where I wanna see that it's written in writing so I was wondering about that
I purchased a one-time service but realized they charged me more without my knowledge. I never signed up for anything, so there was a hidden fee or a hidden subscription that they added in fine print. I reached out to them and the agent helped me cancel the subscription that I never purchased, but somehow was there. The agent was helpful and she fixed my issue as soon as I reached out, so that was good.

I accessed some property records for the one dollar fee mentioned, but later found a twenty dollar charge to my credit card for a data package I didn't order. When apprised of the discrepancy, PropertyRecs responded and promised to refund the charge to my satisfaction.
