My question was answered in seconds. I don't have more to say. The customer support helped me quickly.

I requested a property records report and thought it was a one time charge. I realized it was a reoccuring charge, so I used the live chat feature on the website to request a cancellation and within minutes my account was closed and I was refunded the charge for June.
I wish all subscriptions were this easy to change/cancel!
