I used the chat to ask about a charge on my account. The customer service agent quickly identified what it was and asked if I wanted to continue with the service. I told them no and my account was closed in a matter of seconds. Quickest and easiest customer service experience I've had. A+++

I had ordered a report, everything was straight forward, no games. When I no longer needed their services, they were very easy to work with to cancel. Will use again if the need arises in the future.

Signs you up for bulk, when not asked, but refunded when complained.

I'm not sure how I subscribed for a monthly charge.
I just need to know what my property was worth but the report was outdated and not usefull at all.
The report still had my property with a home on it. Hurricane Ida took the home away.
I want to sell the property but don't know how much to sell it for.

I was being billed monthly for something I didn't sign up for.

A little time consuming (not unexpected) but worthwhile -

First of all your website is difficult and confusing. I on accident signed up for a continual monthly service but what I was trying to do is just get information one time on my home.
Thankfully, the person helping me was very kind and informative on getting me removed from the monthly charges. It was fast with no hassle.

I was impressed by how quickly they responded and they got all the information to me asap!
