I placed my order on February 7th & my flowers were suppose to be here by the February 10th before my husband went out of town but they never arrived. I then called today & was told that they'd be delivered today on February 11 & I'd get a refund. Again they never arrived. I then called again at 10pm after I got home from work & proflowers said UPS said they couldn't deliver them due to weather conditions. I'm sorry but there was no bad weather conditions this week that was over a week ago.
OH MY GOSH! My niece ordered an orchid for me for my sister who is in a nursing home. While it was labeled "Mini" and it did have the dimensions, my niece did not get out a ruler and assumed for $40 it must be nice. The orchid I received would cost $1.99 at Trader Joes, if even. While they profess they give details, this is simply price gouging! A TOTAL AND COMPLETE rip off and their customer service is horrible. Please call your local florist or a florist in the area of your recipient and order directly. This company is relying on people not knowing the spend and never questioning their complete and udder theft. The calendar next to this orchid is 3" x 4". The total charge was $67.50! I will be reporting them to the BBB.
Horrible customer service. I ordered delivery for 2/14 Valentine's Day. I get an emai stating delivery on 2/11. Called customer service and was told they corrected the date. Just got an email saying 2/11 delivery, 3 days before Valentine's Day. Called customer service again, they stated when they have too many orders they deliver early. Well tell the consumer that when they order, I would of gone somewhere else. So dissatisfied. Take the pro out of pro flowers. Your not PROS.
Ordered flowers in January for my fiancé's birthday on February 3rd, flowers did not show up on her birthday, arrived a day late and definitely dissatisfied and disappointed with the arrangement that showed up. Flowers looked like they were put together by a child. I felt so embarrassed that my fiancé was greeted at the door with these.
The top photo is what I ordered, and the bottom photo is what she was greeted with a day after delivery was to have happened.
My daughter didn't get the flowers for her birthday yesterday. Why?
Because someone is too stupid to send the flowers because they didn't have a birthday balloon!
So I'm passed and will never use these idiots again and THEY lose a $100 sale!
Save yourself the aggravation and don't use these idiots!
I ordered flowers early to be specifically delivered on my 25th wedding anniversary. The flowers didn't arrive on our anniversary! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you need flowers delivers by a specific date. Their initial response was they would refund the SHIPPING COST - are you serious! After calling them again (in complete disgust), they did refund my complete order - however - who's going to pay the hotel bill for me having to sleep outside the house! Terrible. If there was a way to give less than one star, I absolutely would. I recommend that you DO NOT use them for time sensitive deliveries!
The flowers were for my wife's birthday. Delivered to the wrong house with a Happy Aniversary card!
**Update: After receiving the feedback I gave regarding my experience, ProFlowers emailed me that they are refunding my entire purchase back to my credit card.
The father of a dear friend passed away last Wednesday. I ordered a bouquet of tulips in a vase for her that was supposed to arrive on Thursday. Those are her favorite flowers. That didn't happen. The flowers arrived late Friday afternoon. When she sent me photos and a video of the flowers I was mortified! They were wilted, dead and drooping! I called the 800 customer service number and was told that the tulips were shipped from another state so it explains why the flowers didn't survive the delivery. I don't know why that was the case (I live in San Francisco where there are a ton of local florists to work with). I was offered another delivery but that the tulips wouldn't arrive until the following Tuesday. I didn't want that much time to lapse for another delivery and also didn't want to risk another bad shipment. So I was advised to pick a different arrangement so that a local florist could fill the order and that it would be delivered the next day on Saturday. I wasn't too happy about it but selected another bouquet anyways. Saturday came and went and no flowers were delivered! I received an email on Monday that my order was being filled and that delivery would take place on Tuesday. I am livid! I paid good money for flowers I wanted that was already late. Then they arrived dead and wilted to my embarrassment (shame on your company for allowing such a shipment to be delivered without a quality control check). Then I was PROMISED a re-delivery with different flowers that was not my preference just so I could have a next day delivery. As a result, the redelivery didn't occur until 3 days later. So in the end I ordered flowers that were a day late and in poor condition, then got promised a next day redelivery with flowers not of my choice only to be 3 days late.
I've never endured such horrible service and quality from a florist. Working in customer service, I know how important reviews (good or bad) are for businesses and as a good will gesture to me for all things gone wrong with my order, not to mention the time I spent dealing with this, I should have been given a full refund. Instead I was offered a $20 discount off my next order. I told the representative "thank you but no thank you." That discount code is useless to me because I will NEVER order from ProFlowers again! Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere.
I ordered flowers to be delivered the next day to my sister. Based on the location, I need to change the arrangement that was available. No problem. After placing the order, there was never an email or notification that the order couldn't go through as promised. By almost 9:00 PM the next day (expected delivery date), I entered "Chat" to find out what happened. They said it couldn't be delivered for another few days, but after a back and forth chat, anything recorded after them saying they were going to refund me the money wasn't recorded! I will NEVER use Proflowers again. Completely disappointed with their service and communications. I'll be surprised if I actually get my $100 back.
My cousin Sandy Al-Shamma placed an order on July 17,2021 for delivery on July 20,2021 to my sister, Caroline Garner at Church Hill Inn in Sister Bay Wisconsin. The flowers were meant for a memorial service for my mother, Helen Taylor that took place on July 21,2021.
The flowers were delivered on July 23,2021 to Carol Ann Garner in Sturtevant Wisconsin - the wrong date, wrong person and wrong address! When Carol Ann made inquiries as to what happened, ProFlowers did not bother to help at all or to take any responsibility for what went wrong. This is inexcusable!
Received an email at 3 PM on the birthday/date flowers were to be delivered. It said, "whoops we can't do it after all, sorry! Here's $10 to make up for it and we'll deliver it within the next 3 days" Not sure about the florists involved but in my family, birthdays are not a 3 day event. What on earth? I had my phone number on the order, TWICE. So, let me make the embarrassing phone call that says, "I really did order flowers" SO annoying. There was an incident once a few years ago with ProFlowers -flowers to all the women in the office and one never arrived. AWKWARD. I assumed that was assured that was a one time problem. Things happen. OK. I get it. BUT you have my number, call and let me know prior to late afternoon that you can't do your job. I mean, HELLO! What trick was I supposed to pull out of my hat at that time of day? SUPER disappointed. Back to calling a florist directly.
Order flowers on June 21st in plenty of time for a July 3 rd delivery. Order was accepted. Something possessed my to call the morning of July 3! To check on the order. I was told that the flowers would not be delivered! Had I not called my friend would never have received the flowers. Is this anyway to run a business? Proflowers is not the company it used to be. Shame on them. Last time I will use them.
I ordered the "grand" size Hello Sunshine bouquet from proflowers and they sent something way too small. It's fine for what it is but in no way is it worth the $125 I paid for the "grand" size. I complained to proflowers (and would have sent them photos had they asked). They had the florist send a driver who merely replaced it with another of the same size. Bad experience.
I chose Proflowers to send a mother's day bouquet because they advertised it to arrive by or before that day. After the order I was notified that the flowers would arrive three days late. I called them to complain and they said they would credit my account $10 for the shipping. I just found out that they never did this. Also when the flowers arrived the Teddy Bear I had ordered was missing. I will not use this company again.
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day 2021. At 9:30 PM the night before they were to be delivered I received an email stating that "due to civil unrest in Columbia my order cannot be delivered." This is unacceptable since the '"civil unrest" was probably going on when they took my money- and nothing was said. I called customer service and they agreed to order another arrangement. At this point I had not received a credit for my previous purchase. I had to spend another $77.00. I received another email stating the same reason as before. No one spoke clear english and I could barely understand them- and they didn't understand me either. I understand that Proflowers/FTD takes your order and it is sent to a florist in the area where it is to be sent. Sooo... why did anything going on in Columbia have to do with the florist filling my order? I will never do business with this company, and I wish I had read the reviews prior to calling them in the first place. This business is garbage and should immediately close or figure out different strategies to make sure customers receive what they paid for. Sending an email is not a safe way to conduct business. I should have gotten a call at the least. What if I had not checked my email? I would have thought my flowers would have been delivered. Shame on you Proflowers/FTD. Lots of people count on you for executing a flawless delivery... you did not do that at all. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I hate that I have to give you 1 star to post this review.
They charged me an exorbitant delivery fee that was not at all clear on on their website! Their website says satisfaction guaranteed but they refused to work with me. I will never use again!
On Mother's Day, companies making deliveries to someone's mom should act with the same urgency, persistence, and care they would want for their own mother's. ProFlowers failed to do this.
I ordered from ProFlowers a very expensive deluxe flower arrangement with balloons, chocolates, etc for my mama for Mother's Day, on behalf of myself and my siblings. ProFlowers "attempted" delivery around noon on Mother's Day, and by attempt I say they call my mother's mobile phone to say they were at the driveway gate and would leave in a few minutes if the gate wasn't opened. All he had to do is open the side gate right there and walk up to the porch -- like every other delivery driver. Someone was at home all day, either my parents or my nephews.
I called Pro Flowers customer service twice. They promised to deliver before 9pm Sunday, which is pathetic, but okay. Around midnight in my parents' timezone, I get a message saying the flowers were delivered.
The following Monday afternoon, I call my mother to find out she'd received nothing. I call ProFlowers, only to be informed they were backed up because of the pandemic and that the florist would deliver the flowers Monday or Tuesday afternoon. Okay, well why lie to me on Sunday, Mother's Day? Why take orders at all if you don't have to capacity to deliver? I could have ordered from somewhere else from the jump.
I demanded and received a refund (without an apology or any attempt at rectification and no signs of remorse). Mother's Day is a special day for our mothers. Mistakes happen, but the shadiness is not okay.
My grandson sent flowers to my wife for mothers day they were shipped on the 6th they did not arrive till the 10. The shipping label was put on the bottom of the box. Every time the box was moved the flowers were crushed down in the box. When we opened them they were wilted and crushed. Not good. Fred
Pro Flowers is a joke! I expedited an order and it was guaranteed to be delivered by Friday. Instead, they were delivered today, and in poor condition. Never, never again! On top of that, I paid an extra $30 for them to be delivered by Friday. This company is absolutely SORRY!
Ridiculous that I received this mess on Mother's Day! Nothing what my husband ordered! Rose petals fell off immediately while taking them out of packaging- no customer service whatsoever- DO NOT ever order from proflowers! It's as if someone just tossed a bunch of old flowers into a box and shipped them without water and thought it would somehow be OK! OUTRAGEOUS!
Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
