I ordered a flower arrangement for my mom for mothers day. I checked my credit card the day they were delivered and I had 4 separate transactions - one for the correct amount and three additional transactions which were all higher (identical amounts, but higher) that were not authorized as I didn't purchase anything else! I called to request help and was told I needed to call my bank and dispute the charges. Why? And go through the hassle of having to cancel my card and get a new one because their software charged me 4x as a mistake? The representative would not listen or allow me to speak to another person above him to help. He kept saying that he only showed one order on his end (yet, I have documentation of 4 separate transactions on my end). I will never order from this business again.

Don't order from here!
May 6, 2022

I send my mother in law what I thought would be a nice full bouquet for Mother's Day. What she received was NOTHING like the picture and there weren't nearly as many blooms. It looks awful and my husband and I were mortified that this was her gift. For $75 I would expect so much more.

Make sure when you are ordering that you realize that there is a $23.00 charge that they omit until you check out. Then you will receive an email stating that your flowers had been delivered. Do not call that person because to proflowers, in-transit and delivered mean the same thing. Also, do not plan to speak to anyone in the USA either. NEVER AGAIN!

Smells of a Scam
May 5, 2022

I receieved flowers within a day from a friend via this service and figured this company was worth trying when my friend's mother died. I ordered at 11am and was guaranteed delivery by the end of the day, but nothing ever came. There was not even an unsuccessful delivery attempt. My order simply never was made or attempted to be delivered.
I called customer service asking for a coupon or partial refund because the entire reason I ordered through them was same day delivery. I would have otherwise gone to a shop and delivered myself, but I was out of town. The customer service rep then promised a $20 coupon on a future order and, lo and behold, that was a lie. There are no mentions of a coupon in my email so I'm going to have to harass these people again until they make this right.

My husband had flowers delivered to my work. The box came empty with a cheap glass vase. He paid $70.00. My husband called the company and they said oh, sorry, we can deliver them 10 days from now. My husband asked for a refund. After taking a couple minutes to think about it, I called our bank and submitted this info to the BBB. I wake up the next morning and see that ProFlowers has made a balance inquiry on my account. However, I had already moved our money. It's getting close to Mother's Day and this person is about to rip off a lot of people.

I had ordered Mothers Day flowers last year, and the delivery was over a week late - the issue is (and I don't know why this isn't investigated) the order status page for our order kept saying "out for delivery" - we made contact with the delivery address carrier office and the order was still on the west coast! We were delivering to Richmond, VA!

Don't use them
April 28, 2022

They have ridiculous fees that aren't disclosed until you spend 10 minutes on the order, which I am sure is intentional. In trying to order flowers for mother's day, I found what looked like a good deal, supposedly 20% off. After going through the whole process, they disclose a $12.99 fee for being close to mother's day, plus a $23.99 delivery fee, plus a $2.99 convenience fee. $40 for processing and deliver? Absolutely ridiculous. I tried 1800flowers.com, found a decent bouquet, and their shipping was only $14.99 with a very nominal fee for delivery close to mother's day. ProFlowers is a ripoff.

Highly disappointed
April 20, 2022

Ordered flowers for Easter they come dead and not even what I ordered and I did the extra shipping so they can come Easter afternoon well I get a email saying it's unavailable then why is that a option in the first place this company is the worse I would give zero starts if it was a option and the funny thing is the flowers aren't even the ones I ordered they look like flowers you would get at Walmart like do better and if your going to sell bad flowers don't charge a million dollars for them and add all of your shipping and your extra shipping fees just to be disappointed!

Delete your history.
March 20, 2022

If you ever want to know your order history then don't order with this company. I have placed NUMEROUS orders with this company and when I went into my order history to give the same flowers to a client, the was nothing in my history.

I chatted online with customer service and when I asked them about this issue they ended the chat without addressing the issue. Just hung up. When I called they had no explanation about why no orders were in my order history except that if I had ordered something this year, remember this is only March, then perhaps it would still be in my history. WHAT? What company doesn't have your order history in your account? They don't respect their customers only want your money.

I purchased flowers for my wifes bday. I got notice they were in route but they were never delivered so I ended up getting my wife nothing for her bday. I called to cancel the order the next day and they delivered 3 days later. We were on vacation so the next vacationer got the flowers. I will never ever order from pro flowers again and I encourage you to find a more reliable source. Had they called I could of found something else for my wife but all they did was say the flowers were in route and then didnt tell me they werent. It ended up being a less than happy bday since my wife thought I got her nothing. Avoid ProFlowers completely!

Dead Flowers Delivered
February 17, 2022

My husband ordered two dozen roses for Valentine's Day, we received 23 almost dead roses. I picked them up and the pedals and leaves immediately started falling off in the box. In previous years the stems were secured in a moist green foam and there were two packets of food. This year the roses were sent stems exposed and no food.

They promised a redelivery at no charge today, February 16th but nothing was ever delivered and my husband received a confirmation from them that they processed another order with $10 off!

We will never order from them again and I'm also filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

I don't usually write reviews but I had to with this company. They are atrocious. They failed to deliver my bouquet of roses TWICE each valentines day. The customer service is way worse, the reps barely speak English and are not helpful in resolving any dispute. I would recommend using a local florist than gving your business to these jokers.

Avoid it at all cost!
February 15, 2022

Avoid proflowers.com, ftdcoppanies.com and proplants.com at all cost! I ordered from proflowers on 02.10 for a 02.14 delivery. When you pay $271 for flowers you expect they will look good and be delivered on time. At 9pm on the delivery date I tried to reach customer service to get an update on the delivery. They told me their system was down and I should call back. I emailed, still no answer. I used the chat and they offered to send my money back at 9:39pm. How about keeping an eye on the orders and tell customers in time if the order won't arrive? I will NEVER use these 3 websites (same company).
If you want to pay a lot of money and have your order delivered a day late or never, go ahead, they are perfect for that.

Horrible
February 15, 2022

This is place deserves 0 stars. I paid to have 24 roses sent on Valentine's Day to my fiancé work which is a school. Paid extra delivery charge and guess what they left them on the side outside in 10 degree weather. The next day she got them and the best part their was only 11 roses out of two dozen all dead. For 125$ I should of went with 1800 flowers. Do not use them they ruined our first Valentine's Day. Then it was a chaotic mess to get my money back

Bad Valentine's order Experience Proflowers.com
February 12, 2022

My order was for February 11th, 2022
Ordered Valentines flowers for the weekend before Valentines day. The flowers did not come in, the order stated that the order had been processed and the delivery was on the way. UPS site stated that the flowers were never picked up only that a label was created.

Proflowers.com said that they could deliver on February 15th, which was not acceptable. I received no further communication and received an automated email that I was being refunded. This left me in bind as i had pre ordered flowers and now scrambling to find flowers elsewhere.
