I went online to order my neighbor some thank you flowers for bringing me my package that was addressed wrong. The price was around $51-$55. At check out the total came out to $82.00 (rounding up from the cents). How is this even possible? I exited out of there and went over to 1-800-Flowers instead. That is absolutely ridiculous!

Awful Company

I had flowered delivered for a friend whose husband was just diagnosed w cancer. I received a notification they were delivered. However they were not. They said they'd redeliver new flowers the next day which they did but they were all DEAD and smashed up. When I called they told me I would get a partial refund to my account. I will never use this company again.

This business is ridiculous. Ordered a dozen black roses, came looking on the verge of dying and were spray painted black, some blue and some still red. When I told them about it they offered to send another delivery. I told them that was pointless as it was a Valentine's surprise. Haven't heard from them since. Waste of $80. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I wish I had seen these reviews before spending my money, like an idiot. This place is terrible and they delivered a shotty bouquet of flowers...nothing like the photo online. You'd think a Valentine's arrangement would include SOMETHING red...but nope, not a single red flower in this arrangement. Also.it would be nice to call back and actually talk to someone that speaks English even enough to communicate. VERY frustrating. After the first return phone call, they promised to redeliver another arrangement. Surprise! That did not happen. Now, they've promised to refund my money. The jury is still out on that. Bottom line...do not order from Proflowers.com.

Ruined Valentine's Day

Placed an order to have flowers sent on Valentine's day. Flowers were never sent that day, called the following day to complain to customer service. And their excuse was that they don't deliver to that zip code. Why even process more order if you don't even deliver. Customer service was unsympathetic, and didn't care. Never again...

Horrible quality!

Ordered 2 dz roses for Valentine's Day and roses look wilted and lots of petals fell off. Definitely not fresh or new. Haven't ordered from them for 6 years for similar issues. They haven't fixed their supplier issues. They did not want to issue a refund but a replacement later on. Why Valentine's Day has already passed!

How are these similar in visual appearance, value or quality? I feel scammed. My wife; was unimpressed and when I showed her what I ordered to what she received she laughed. My expectation was the advertised floral arrangement on the website and the floral fulfillment center was missing 2 out of the 3 advertised flowers. Side question, what does the handling fee cover? On a daily basis, I personally inspect multiple delivery vehicles (fedEx, UPS) and I see 1-800-ProFlowers delivery boxes on the floor, upside down, heavy boxes on top on them. It's laughable; how is a handling any different from other packages?
The only reason a 1 star review was given was because of your representative maintaining professionalism when I wasn't real kind.

I order flower for my wife on Valetine day. Never got deliver I called them 3 times what happen with the delivery.they had no answer.those flower are not that cheap I trusted pro flower to deliver them never again using them

Poor customer service late deliveries

I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on 2/13/23 as of 2/14/23 they were not delivered I called for a tracking # rep says we will send after call...no tracking number I call back next rep we can't send tracking number only confirmation.what? You said delivered by 2pm?(just cancel the order) NEVER AGAIN PROFLOWERS #*******224

Expensive with nothing to offer

I would not recommend this company for ANYONE! I ordered flowers 4 days in advance and they could not deliver by the date I required! The deliver charge was almost equal to the cost of the flowers and yet deliver is not trackable or guaranteed! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 2 separate orders of pink long stem roses for my daughter's for valentines day. The vendor rung my doorbell, delivered the flowers and left them on the ground. I opened the door to find wilted flowers. I called Proflowers to let them know the flowers were wilted and they offered to give me a credit. The card had no company name on it. Come to find out it was someone making flowers from out of their home. I paid $240 for the bouquets.
The vendor, started calling me and said the flowers were fresh. I told her they wasn't and I've seen fresher flowers at Walmart. I could hardly understand anything she said because she had a crying child in the background. She called me at 8:00 at night. I told her if she wants to conduct business, call me without the crying child in the background. I hung up. She showed up at my house at 8:30 asking for her roses back. I gave it to her. Proflowers need to screen their vendors better than this.

Don't bother

I got a dozen rainbow flowers and not only did they mess up the original ship date the ones I did receive wasn't even worth the wait shipped the 6 of February, arrived the 7 of February and dead by the 8th... really do better if I could give 0 stars I would

'Just the facts, Ma'am'

Oh how I wish I had read reviews of this horrible company, first! Delivered 4 days late, after 2 calls-no refund whatsoever, for my Mother's 92nd BIRTHDAY. Told them it would be a STINGING review online. Mega-bucks paid- to a complany that this was THEIR ONE JOB TO DO.

My order was not delivered on the day requested...but was delivered 5 days later and it was not the item I ordered...but a less expensive item. Customer service made promises it didn't keep. Not a good way to run a business. They offered me a $15 coupon on next order. I declined as I wouldn't ever place another order with them.
