I sent flowers to a friend. She received the order the day I requested and she sent me a picture. The flowers were beautiful!
Really easy to use site. However, I order an easter arrangement, and what was delivered looked nothing like the photo, not close to spring flower colors, and the vase was cheap and ugly. I do not think my gift recipient got anything close to the quality and size that I paid for,
The delivery person was parked outside of the wrong address, but I was able to guide them to the correct house over the phone
Easy to order, delivered on time. But had to contact recipient to make sure it was delivered. Would have appreciated a notice or photo it was delivered.
Flowers arrived in evening. It was the person's birthday so most of their special day they did not have this gift. I assumed am delivery, but won't assume in future. Further, the recipient said the flowers did not open up in the days after delivery. I am disappointed - I spent extra on this purchase as it was a milestone birthday. I will use a different company in future.
My ordering experience was simple, and the delivery person was prompt, professional, and courteous. Overall, a great experience.

FOWERS WERE DELIVERED RO WRONG LOCATION AND EVEN THOUGH i AM DISABLED i HAD TO CLIMB A STEEP SET OF STAIRS TOB ACQUIRE THEM
Order was delivered the morning of the delivery day. So it definitely got here in time. I actually had it delivered the day before Easter.

I ordered a deluxe bouquet for a friend's birthday. I ordered it only two days before, on the weekend, for a Monday delivery. The flowers arrived carefully and on time, and the bouquet was absolutely beautiful! Larger and fuller than I expected, all healthy blooms, and carefully crafted. My friend loved them!

Ordered tulips and iris bouquet. Te tulips opened up next day but had died by Easter and the irises never opened at all! Very expensive for a few tulips! I always had beautiful flowers in the past but may never order again!

It looks like the florist made many substitutions of mauve colored mums and very few pink roses were included(not even close to the picture in the website)…those pink roses shouldn't have been hard to find

I sent three different arrangements this week for Easter and all 3 were lovely and arrived very timely. The recipients were delighted. And I got a fantastic price through my AARP membership.

I ordered flowers to my daughter's college apartment for her 20th birthday, but unfortunately, the delivery person left them somewhere. My daughter never received them. I contacted Proflowers and they resent the flowers. The second time they were delivered without a problem ( late for her actual birthday) but they were beautiful.

Ordering was easy but the product was awful. 3 of the flowers were nice the rest were dead or only stems. I used to buy from proflowers regularly but had not for several years. I will never shop proflowers again.

Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
