Tulips shipped from Miami on May 7,2021 and were delivered on May 10,2021. The flowers were in sad shape, the leaves on the tulips were brown or rotting. The tulips looked as though they had been sitting in a hot warehouse for weeks. Very disappointing.

Embarrassing
May 10, 2021

More than $100 and what arrived at my mother's door on the other side of the country was embarrassing. My mom actually said, "Must have been a new company or something" when I asked her how they were. Sad floral predators.

Do not order from here. I ordered my mom Mother's Day flowers. On the day they were supposed to be delivered I got 2 notifications saying they were, but in fact they WERE NOT. I called all day and they kept telling me it will be delivered. Never was. The annoying part was they told me it will be delivered in 30 minutes when I called. I called by 2 hours later and they were like I don't know where they are. Pretty sure this website is a money scheme.

This Company is a Joke
May 10, 2021

I ordered my mother flowers for Mother's Day a week ago. The difference between what I paid for and what my mother received was a joke. I will never use them again and I urge you to use a different company. The roses were old and already falling apart when they arrived and there was only half of the flowers in the vase compared to the picture on the website. I feel scammed. I wanted to ship my mother some beautiful flowers for her special day but that is not what she got.

I ordered 3 items on 28 April 2021 for delivery on Saturday 8 April 2021 for Mothers Day. One item was received and the others were not. I called at 7 PM to inquire about my order and was told it would be delivered by 9 PM. At 11 PM I called again and inquired about my order only to be told it would be delivered on Monday the 10th. The day after Mothers Day. ProFlowers had 10 days to notify me that my order would be delayed as this would of given me enough time to make other arrangements. This is totally unacceptable and extremely bad customer service. They made no attempt to notify me in any way about a delay. I will never order from proflowers again, nor recommend them to anyone. I am giving them a one star as I have to give them rating, which really is zero stars.

I ordered flowers for my mom for delivery the day BEFORE Mother's Day. It was expensive $128 and I placed it 2 days in advance. I received an email THE DAY my order was supposed to be delivered saying that "due to civil unrest in Columbia" they couldn't deliver on time and could only do so in 4 days! They couldn't give me the curtesy of a phone call or at least inform me of their incompetence 24 hrs before the delivery date. When I called and asked why they didn't inform me of the "issues" before the delivery day, they said they had just found out about the "civil unrest" and it was out of their control. Unbelievable! Meanwhile I had a mother with an only child (me) who wouldn't be receiving anything for Mother's Day. I will NEVER use this company again. If I have to cut my own flowers and make my own arrangements and drive 10 hrs to deliver them myself, I would do that before I use this company. Worst company! They get 1 star because I can choose zero stars.

How in the world can you order a week ahead of time and not have them arrive. You call to find out why, you get to talk to someone who doesn't speak English and tells you they will be late or they can refund your money and you can reorder? What is this? Are you a flower company or are you a business that just takes money and sets false expectations?

NO!
May 8, 2021

Will never order from them again. Placed an order a week ahead of Mother's Day, paid almost $100 for a "modest" arrangement to be delivered Friday and got an email Friday that they were unable to deliver and offered me a $10 refund. Couldn't deliver for another 4 days……. Thursday!

I am so disappointed!
We have been regular customers to Pro Flowers for years. NEVER again.
Last moth I ordered Flowers for delivery only to find out the flowers were being del. Via UPS.
Unfortunately, flowers arrived in horrible condition.
The Delivery VIA UPS finally arrived at 10 PM, How ridiculous is that. And flowers were wilted.
Of course I called Pro Flowers to express my concern and issues. NO Refund or compensation offered.
I was then assured by PRO FLOWERS if I place order with them in person on the phone my order would be dispatched to a local Florist. Well guess what thats a big Lie.
First of all try calling and getting someone that speaks English properly and secondly they do not have the ability to utilize local florists any longer. So do yourself a favor and google local florists and order your flowers from them. I was on the phone for 2 hours yesterday trying to get a delivery confirmed via florist to my sister at a hospital. I got hung up on 3 x. And put on hold for 30 minutes 2x.
ProFlowers/FTD used to be excellent.
Once upon a time they were the way to go for domestic and International Flower Shipments. NOT ANYMORE! After your order is placed thats it. You will regret it and land on their Merry Go Round of madness. Very unprofessional, Extremely RUDE customer service. Good Luck Staying in Business ProFlowers.

Don't Relay on a Delivery Date
April 26, 2021

I ordered a plant for a funeral to be delivered the day before the funeral. However, it didn't deliver till 2 days after the funeral. They did refund the delivery fee - but missed the funeral.

On Valentines day I ordered a gift for my wife that never arrived on time and I learned my lesson from that company so when our anniversary came I ordered 2 gifts just to be sure my wife would have a gift for our 18th anniversary. Well guess what? The back up gift (flowers) being ProFlowers never arrived and I was told it would be here in time for our anniversary and then received an email the morning of that it was going to be late. Two days late after my Anniversary. $150 down the drain. When I ordered the flowers I told them how important it was that my wife received them for our anniversary and that they could even send it a day earlier. It was special colored roses and quite beautiful from the photo.
My wife was so disappointed and so was I and needless to say I will never order from PROFLOWERS again. By the way both gifts were delayed and you can only imagine how the rest of the evening went.

I've used ProFlowers in the past to get boxed flowers delivered via courier, and my experience has been OK. But my recent order was for a florist-created order, and it was awful. It's the second time I've had a horrible an experience with Proflowers on a florist order, and I won't use them again. The order was delivered on the wrong day and was absolutely puny compared to what I ordered (pictures comparing the 2 are below). The customer service link on their site for "Contact Us: Issue With My Order" doesn't work... it simply links you to an order tracking page. I was able to find a chat for customer service, but the chat box stopped working midway through my discussion with a customer service rep, and my session timed out without resolution.
I've spent many years working in ecommerce, and Proflowers seems to be stuck in the old days of 10-15 years ago where shady practices and mediocre service could get you by. But this is 2021, and practices such as adding large extra costs at the end of the order process, delivering a "bait and switch" product that is grossly under customer expectations, and having no clear problem resolution process are simply unacceptable.

I ordered a bouquet for my mother for her birthday. Well, her birthday came and went, and no flowers were delivered. I called Proflowers and they said they would redo the order with an "upgrade" at no extra charge and deliver them the following day. The flowers were indeed delivered the following day, but from the photo my mother sent of them, they were definitely not "upgraded" with anything extra. I paid quite a lot of money to have flowers delivered a day late. What's the point!

ProFlowers Delivery
March 5, 2021

My husband sent me roses and chocolates from ProFlowers for Valentines Day this year. They arrived at my office on 2/12 and I brought them home that afternoon. Today I am throwing them in the trash—-it's 3/4. THREE weeks of extreme beauty. Never have I had roses last as long. They were not delivered by a delivery person but by a UPS man in a sealed box. They arrived in bud form on a very cold day. Wasn't sure how this was going to turn out but they were absolutely gorgeous. The only small thing we may have changed would be for you to add a few bunches of baby's breath. Other than that A+ perfect!

2 week mark still beautiful!

Will never use them again.
Do not trust them to deliver what you paid for as ordered. They charged but did not deliver a paid for balloon. Probably most don't ask the recipient if everything was delivered so u may never know that arrangement paid for was not delivered as ordered. When attempted to register a complaint was on hold with chat option for lengthy time and then disconnected. Finally got through via phone to I believe India and told that they would deliver balloon the next day. When told them that ruins part of the surprise experience they said they would refund balloon. Not experience I expected. Let the buyer beware.
