I have bought three items off Pristine and all have been timely and in great condition. I could not be happier! I will continue to be a repeat customer.
I bought a 16x20 photo and had it framed by Pristine. The frame arrived damaged, I sent pictures to customer service. They agreed to send a new frame which arrived damaged again. Would not buy from them again.
Had the misfortune of talking eith their customer service and all I can say is it was one of the worse experiences in my life.
Product damaged upon arrival. UPS their chosen delivery company completely inept. Resolution by owner Jared Kavlie was an insult. Put me through a lot of stress and aggravation trying to get my refund for the damaged product. Customer service employees don't know the meaning of, customer service. Delivery took two weeks to be sent never mind more time being received. Second delivery could not be coordinated between Pristine, UPS and myself. No one would go out of their way to help and resolve issue until I spent two days begging people to help me.
Problems occur and things happen with businesses it's a fact of life. I recently had some issues come up and I ended up speaking with Jared Kavlie the president there. First off he is a great guy that cares for his customers satisfaction, he took care of every concern that I had and made it right. As a small business owner it's these kind of relationships that will allow me to keep doing business for years to come and I am thankful to count him as another friend in the industry.

I've been reading the good and the bad reviews about Pristine, Personally I feel very good with all my purchases so far from Pristine. I'm not an expert in any sence of the word on authentication but until somebody actually comes up with proof that any of this stuff is Fake other than words, you know "PROOF" or someone starts a class action law suit against Prestine Auctions for fakes of any kind I feel they are genuine and all is as it looks up front and Real. I don't have any reason to believe any other way than that.The negative stories or so called" "Reviews" are nothing more than either crazies which the world is full of spouting off, or jealous people from simililar businesses, or just people with no lives thats likes to spread propaganda and distrust OR, the Big one' they are right, which I in NO way believe at this point. I feel you have to give the benefit of the doubt if there is any to the People at Pristine Auctions. I really have fun on the auctions they do exactly what they say, shipping is fast and shipped professionally. I will continue to participate in the auctions at Pristine until somebody proves otherwise. I recommend Pristine.
I have spent a few thousand dollars with these guy's as of late and wish I had not. They have a lot of items they auction off from other suppliers and don't really inspect them. I have received a bunch of broken third rate items that where shipped from crappy suppliers. Then I was left to clean up PristineAuctions mess. The shipping manager is a complete twit and has no knowledge of international shipping or tracking of what really shipped out. Then wrong items I received Pristine wanted me to ship the items to the customer they really belonged to and where having another customer ship stuff I should have received? Still no resolve from the broken stuff I received. Don't use this action house!
Have bought from these guys for years and couldn't be any happier. Staff is friendly, auctions are fun (and every day!), memorabilia is authentic from the best names in the business! Highly reccomended!

This site sells fake autographs, they auction items that are already authenticated say by Global authentic so that you wont send it in to s better service like JSA and have them take a look at it. Well I did this and found out that my Derek Jeter Jersey was fake and the owner tried to play it off and kept changing the subject and would not admit the fact or even fix the problem. Watch how fast they remove the truth from this blog.

Answer: Thank you Chris! As we are consignment based normal wear is expected with items such as this. We do not produce the majority of our inventory. It is common for consignors to hold signing with athletes and have the decals signed and placed on after for efficiency reasons.
