After pristine contacted me that my photo was at the framers, they kept me up to date on where it was until it was finally delivered. The person receiving the photo said it was a beautiful photo and the framing was excellent. It arrived undamaged and for my troubles they gave me a 15 dollar credit. I would use them again.

It's been nine days since I paid for my package and the third party vendor hasn't even shipped it out yet. No communication until I wrote them and now two employees are reaching out to the shipping manager to see why the package hasn't shipped yet.

The only 'fee' associated with participating in our auction is the standard auction house buyer's premium. Our buyer's premium is significantly lower than our competitors. I have been an International buyer from Pristine Auctions and have just purchased 4 more items today signed by some of the worlds top sportsmen for great prices. I have never had a problem with International selling or rates with Pristine and I would recommend Pristine to anyone thinking of using an international internet site The US to Australia is often a problem with either buying or shipping, but with Pristine they deal with the entire process Top recommendation.

This business is BAD news! I bought a "Custom Rams NFL Jersey" only to find out, after receiving it that it was a cheap Philippine knockoff with no markings or tags from either the team or the NFL. When this unethical establishment refused to give me a refund, I threatened legal action. Only then, did the owner * finally take the time to get back to me. He admitted that pristine auction sews signed numbers on cheap jerseys and that it is an "industry wide practice". I did some further research and was told by trusted sources in the autograph business that this practice is in fact not standard or ethical or acceptable. * tried to entice me with free stuff not to write a bad review. However, I think I owe it to everyone who would naively put their trust in this company and who has not been taken by the fraud of this so called company to beware!
