I ordered a few items to ship together in one box so the box size was a little bigger than usual. The UPS guys must have been having a bad day because the outside of the box was thrashed with a few gapping holes. Luckily for me, the insides were well protected in bubble wrap and no damage occurred during shipment. I't's great to have peace of mind when ordering valuable items from Pristine!
