They are refusing to cancel my order. I emailed them multiple times over the last week and they do not respond, so I went to their instagram. I politely asked for a phone number to call. After that one response, they immediately blocked me! I logged onto my other account, and I said if you block me again I will have no choice but to go to the BBB and other sites since they are refusing to help me. They said "threatening us will not end well". Well! If you helped your customers, we would not need to threaten to take action! They then said they blocked my other account for harassment. I'm sorry, but commenting ONE TIME asking for a phone number is not harassment! They ended up blocking my second account too when I asked them to refund my order. I had to create another account, and they said they filed a police report against me for "stalking". LOL! If they had just helped me when I asked, there would be no reason for me to try to continuously talk to them. They said I'd be getting a letter in the mail about the police report. Funny thing is, they do not have any of my real information including name, email, or address. And they would know this if they checked their emails from me! So they either filed one against the wrong person, or they lied. Either way, they still refuse to refund my order (which goes directly against their own policy. They state in their FAQ that you can cancel and order before it ships). So I wholeheartedly believe they are trying to scam people out of money. I do not want my order because of their terrible reviews, and when I try to cancel it they refuse. I am just going to file a complaint with the FTC and also go to my bank for a refund. They can deal with it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I wish I read reviews before I placed my order. I would give zero stars. Took three months to arrive and I have never been so disappointed in my life. I have been receiving messages requesting me to write a review since I should have received it by now. Still no blanket. When I sent them an email I was shocked by how rude they were to me. Remember You work in customer service! The company does not have a phone number. They only gave me a legal email, which i was to contact. Kinda explains itself there. They don't want to help you when your parcel isn't arriving. The blanket is small and paper thin. They only dyed the one side so it looks super cheap! Also after sending multiple messages as to why I hadn't received my parcel I was met with ignorance and being taked to like I was stupid. This company is terrible and will tell you to get a attorney if you even question them a little. Terrible terrible terrible. Will never recommend this site to anyone. I thought I was doing a good thing for the shelters but if I knew this is how they treated their customers and clients, I would have rather gave that money to my local shelter. They bragged about how much money the company makes. It's just disgraceful.

Ordered a package 2 months ago. I tried emailing at first for the first month to no response. Then googled them and saw that it was a scam (or may aswell be). I posted a bad review and was them finally given an the response of we will help if you take down the review. I do and get no response, then threatening to put the review back up i got a page long message of abuse.
I was FINALLY given the shipping company but ofcourse that is horse $#*! too. My package never arrived in customs or my door and i was never notified, no contact number and no support service for lost packages with many people complaining about the same thing.
And lets not forget the most laughable legal action I've ever seen, fyi writing under an email after you abuse someone and saying its confidential, doesn't make it legally confidential (duh)
This website is a total scam they will rip you off. When you email them to ask what's going on they send threatening emails! I have all the emails to prove it! I ordered a blanket that should have a recently deceased pet on it and never received it! Totally lownin my opinion... heed my warning, don't order anything from them!
I ordered a blanket for a Christmas present and when I was checking out I was charged for 2 blankets. When I contacted the seller they were very rude and then blocked me.
Y'all don't order from this site I ordered something for a Christmas present 6 weeks ago. I hadn't gotten it or a shipping confirmation so I messaged them. They sent me a message back saying they were waiting on me to approve the proof. (I never got an email of a proof) they said they would email it again. A day goes by and I message them and tell them that I still haven't gotten an email. No reply comes from them. I comment on one of their posts saying I haven't gotten my product 6 weeks later. They delete the comment. I comment it again but add that it was funny I commented once before but it had disappeared. They delete that comment as well and message me "Instead of commenting why not message us or email us you'd actually get help" which is interesting because the message before that was me telling them I still have not received an email. (Hence I HAVE messaged) They sent these other messages that followed "Well I'd love to print it if you just looked in your email and approved it's pretty easy." And "Yeah our screen shots time stamps even the ones from gmail.com are a lie. We made it up."
After that I requested for a refund and got no response. Instead they blocked me from commenting and messages.
I wish I could give zero stars.
November of last year I ordered a gift for my friend from a website called "Print Your Pet" When I ordered this gift it was stated on the website that you have so and so amount of days left to order so your items come before Christmas. So I ordered. I did not receive my order. After multiple emails to the company and being ignored I finally got through to someone through Facebook messenger. Jump forward to February. I told them I wanted a refund. So they told me they would give me my refund and cancelled my order. (I have since gotten my refund) jump a few months later to now. A review website came up on an ad for me to review my experience with the website. Which I did and right away got a (rude) response on the website from the Print Your Pet company where they stated if I had any other questions to email them. They attached the email that is also on their website and everywhere else if you try to find an email for this company.
The emails I have got show that the customer service is horrible. They are threatening to sue me and threatening me with lawyers because I posted screen shots of the emails on my Instagram and because I am "Lying" and "Slandering" (Even though I stated that I have got a refund. There's nothing that I'm lying about. Just showing the truth behind the company. And they're the ones slandering their own name) After all these emails I got an email from a name a do not know. When I look the name up he apparently is the CEO of the company. In this email the CEO is asking me for my address so they can send me "physical copies of a court date" (Which I don't understand how they made a court date within an hour of me posting our emails on Instagram) I have not responded to any more of the emails and I do not plan to. Yet they continue to email and harass me even though I am not responding.
You can look up many reviews of this company and see many complaints similar to mine. Where they waited months for their purchases and never received them. Where they were offered a refund and they never got it. Where they received their product and it was damaged or something was wrong with it and the customer service was just rude and did not want to help. I know for a fact I am not the only person who has dealt with this.
Ordered mine less than three weeks ago, picture of my cat Stanley and received it last night! I have been reading a lot of reviews and was worried I might be in trouble but I really am so happy with how smoothly ordering went! No problems what so ever, might buy another one to be honest!
Do not do business with them. Not only will you NOT get your order but they will use information you provide them to hack into your personal accounts.
Looks like I'm in the same situation as others. Socks have not been received and I ordered them November of 2017 as a Christmas present... that's all I really need to say. They went into production end of January and then wasn't shipped until May of this year, but when I ordered them it was an apparent "4-6 week turn-around". I've gotten nowhere with customer service as they've claimed from their end the socks have been "shipped" thus they have nothing to do with it. Their shipping company is the same level as useless as them, not happy at all, don't even bother.
I ordered a pair of socks from Printyourpet in November of 2017, and they guaranteed it would be in by Christmas. I have still yet to receive my product. I emailed them several times and just a response telling me to be patient and that a TRACKING NUMBER is on the way. I have waited 6 MONTHS, and have still not received my product or any type of refund. I am soo disappointed. NEVER ordering from this site again- DO NOT ORDER!
Nov 22,2017 I placed my order for an Xmas present. Their site claimed 2-4 weeks production, another 1 week for shipment. It was ok if It came a little after Christmas.
December 20,2017 Order status remained at Received meaning it had not even gone into production yet. A message on their site said they had a ton of orders so production was now 4-6 weeks but they were working on knocking that back. I send a question through their site asking if that affects my order since it said 2-4 at the time. To this day, no response.
Jan 10,2018 Now 7 weeks after order was placed, still no change in order status and again, no response to inquiries through their website.
February 2018 I filed for a refund through my credit card, almost 4 months after my order there was no product, no communication from the company. I get my refund, a week later, order status changes to In Production.
March 2018 I certainly don't expect to get a product after I got my refund but the site still claims my item is In Production. I wonder if the Help part of their website doesn't work so I decide to contact them through their Twitter account. To this day, no response.
Through Twitter I discover tons of other people complaining about their service, many who get a response are not treated kindly. Some got a response by posted to a company review site.
I decide to post to the same review site and quickly get a response. They make a public reply saying they 'spoke' to me about this already and I decided I didn't want the product which is false. Then they message me, through the review site, and claim I placed my order in January and cancelled it two weeks later. When I point out that is all inaccurate they tell me my review is false and call me a child.

The wrong pet in their blankets or whatever else. So I'm not sure what I'm even going to receive. Supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I can update if anyone wants once I get it.

Hey Noel, sorry again about your bad experience. We've responded to the other review on the last review site you left one on and I was able to see we did refunded you as soon as you requested one last year. It seems by your originally emails you were confused and thought you never got it. Thought you since apologized and found it. Of course we wouldn't hold funds. We've been in business for 3 years and have thousands and thousands of happy customers which is why we are still around. And after reading your emails I am sorry we wouldn't give you a free product like you asked almost a year later, even after a refund. Threatening us and trying to leave bad reviews because we already gave you your money back we can't re-ship you an item a year later.
