Ordered on Oct 30 for a Christmas Present... Got my "art work" approval on the 10th Of Dec 10... approved it and nothing! Today is the 22nd and still nothing. Website says that Guaranteed Delivery for Christmas is orders must be in by 11/25! Complete Joke!
I have had the same experience as everyone else. No communication. I happen to work down the street from the address they have listed in my confirmation email. Today I made an appearance there, in an attempt to get some answers. Well... there is no company listed at the complex with that name. I entered another business and asked if they knew where the business was. I was told it was a floor down, but that it was a secured floor and I could leave a message with him to deliver.
It is a scam! I am reporting to the BBB to investigate.

Yourself a favor and call your credit card company. I ordered back in October and have yet to get anything. Told them I wanted a refund or else I would do a charge back and they emailed saying I was threatening them. They stole my money!
I ordered two blankets October 6, nothing yet... not even after several emails. Now I can't even find my order number on the web site. Calling my bank today. This is BS!
I placed my order on 11/16 well before the Christmas deadline. Their website had a glitch and I was not able to add a picture when ordering. I had emailed them next day advising that I was not able to add a picture and was told to email one over which I did on 11/17. I received another email on 11/26 saying they still didn't have a picture which i resent immediately after mentioning that I had already sent 10 days ago. Print Your Pet replied on 12/2 that it was received again, and that has been the last I have heard from them. I have sent multiple emails confirming everything is in order with zero replies. I resorted to a Facebook message as well with no reply. I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge since I still have yet to get a reply. There are too many other companies like this to waste your time with Print Your Pet! Stay away and spend your money on a much more responsive company
THE TRUTH ABOUT ORDERING FROM PRINT YOUR PET
I'm sharing my customer experience with PYP. This is an effort to provide transparency to customers left in the dark.
I received my order 10 weeks and 1 day after my order.
I sent PYP 25 emails to follow-up on my order.
They did not respond to any of my messages on social media.
They advertise "printing and shipping" in "3-4" weeks with Christmas cutoff on 11/25.
Here's a timeline of my order progress:
10/8/2018: Placed my order for a custom human-size blanket.
11/6/2018: Received art proof. I approve the same day.
11/8/2018: I'm told the approved art was sent to production.
11/24/2018: PYP mentions busy holidays and says to check my email for art.
11/30/2018: I'm told art was actually sent to production on 11/17.
12/5/2018: They apologize for the delay and push my order up in the queue.
12/6/2018: I'm told my order shipped, and they had sent me a tracking # (they didn't).
12/10/2018: I get an auto PYP email saying my order shipped with DHL tracking*.
12/12/2018: I get a personal PYP email confirming shipment and tracking.
12/17/2018: There was a delay by DHL/USPS in delivering my order on 12/17.
12/18/2018: My PYP order finally arrives more than two months later.
*DHL is an international carrier, which implies all or some of PYP's products ship from outside the U.S. In an email, they say production time takes "1-3 weeks (at most)", domestic shipping is 3-5 days with 1-3 days priority, and international takes 1-2 weeks.
Based on my last note, when you factor what they say about production time (1-3 weeks) and factoring in shipping from DHL to a local carrier aka USPS (3-5 days+), there is no way 3-4 weeks is a remotely realistic delivery.
PYP would have less angry customers leaving messages on BBB, other boards, and social media if they were more transparent and realistic about their shipping on their website. It's very clear 3-4 weeks isn't remotely close to being accurate. If they took the time to update this information, they'd solve a lot more problems.
Bottom line?
If you send them 25+ emails making sure they stay on top of your order, you might get it in just over 10 weeks aka 2+ months.
Just like everyone else here, they took my money and never filled my order. Do not order from this site! They don't communicate and have a policy of not issuing refunds. It doesn't seem like anyone else actually received their orders.
I placed an order mid November and recieved an email requesting more money for the "full body add on" I responded saying I was not paying more money. It's been 5 weeks and nothing. I messaged a week ago and no response, then messaged again today saying I want a refund and get an email back in minutes that my order will be "wrapping up this week" I said I no longer want it, I just want a refund and still no response. I'm so frustrated, but I guess I'm just going to have to try to dispute it with my bank.
Scam Business that comes up #1 on a Google search
I ordered from them a month ago, hoping to get the item before Christmas. One month later, and the item was never made or shipped. Their only customer service contact is email, and it's a gmail account. I was immediately suspicious, but tried to give them a chance. I emailed them for an order status update. There was no response.
I emailed them again today to put them on notice that I was cancelling the order. Surprise, Surprise, they emailed back right away and tried to string me along to keep the order, but "understanding" if I wanted to cancel. When I told them yes I wanted to cancel and had already filed a charge dispute with Capitol One, they emailed back that they would fight the dispute unless I removed it. A real business would just cancel the order.
There are no phone numbers to talk to a human, just gmail that is ignored until you mention taking money away. Word to the wise, avoid printyourpet.com. After I read all the bad reviews for exactly this type of issue, I am baffled as to how they come up #1 on a Google search for this type of merchandise...
Ordered the product and 8 weeks later, still no product. Just like others state, they string you along until you figure it out. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY
Do not give these jokers your money. My credit card company is fast at work getting my money back but this company is a complete fraud. Bunch of crooks on the other end. They will pretend that they have your order and string you along until you get wise. I should have know by their 800 - 5 star reviews on their own site but i ordered anyway. They are probably based in goat ville.
I ordered back in October... emailed them in Nov and got the run around... emailed them again in Late Nov and was told to look for a proof they had sent (which they had not sent)... now they won't return anything. Filing a claim with me credit card company!

I am rolling on the floor laughing at these "legal" threats! Actually, truly laughing out loud! I have two theories: (1) this "attorney" they have on retainer sending threatening emails over $80 is an individual who failed out of law school, or (2) there is no actual attorney and the company is lying about this like most everything else. My money is on option 2.
As an actual attorney, let me explain something to the customer service here--who seems to have the IQ of a fence post: the legal definition of defamation (slander or libel) is something that harms your reputation and is NOT TRUE! If legitimately every review here is based in fact, you don't have a leg to stand on. Any hack job attorney would know this, especially with the copied-and-pasted real evidence of correspondence with this scam company others have shared here and with the BBB.
So, any current or potential customers who are reading this: please understand the only party getting dragged to court in this scenario is "Print Your Pet". Some of these responses from customer service containing blackmail and threats are so fantastically unfounded, ridiculous, and stupid, that I would love to see them used as an exam question in a consumer law class. In other news, get ready for the BBB complaint I filed demanding a refund... we'll see how things progress from there. Fight fire with fire I suppose? Or as Print Your Pet says, "see you in court!" Never even received my design proof. I ordered a fleece blanket on Nov. 1st and a month later I emailed asking the status of my order and got no response from them. Sent a message over Instagram and they asked for my order ID, so I gave it to them and received no response. After looking at reviews, I decided to cancel. I sent TWO cancellation emails and again, no response. So I decided I would dispute the charge with the bank. I informed PrintYourPet of what I was doing through Instagram since that was the
Only place they seemed to respond and they threatened to file a police report on me for "stealing" from them and called me a "fraudster" when they never sent me a product. They told me they sent the product, yet I never even received my design proof. How could they be sending my order out when I'm supposed to approve of the design first? After threatening me and insulting me, they blocked me on Instagram. Thankfully, I took screenshots of the messages. Even if they aren't a scam and are just insanely backed up, the customer service either never responds to you or is TERRIBLE and RUDE when you are concerned over not receiving a product you paid for.
Since I posted my first review, a man named * who owns the trademark has now threatened me with legal action because I shared the conversation I had with them on Instagram and to contact everyone I know about "who I am". I've spoken with a lawyer. Seriously, if they were nice and communicated with some ounce of respect for their customers, I wouldn't be posting reviews, but their behavior was abhorrent and completely uncalled for.

I placed an order Oct 1st. Contacted them Nov 18th since I have not heard anything or get an art approval. I hear back they say they sent one Nov 2nd but I never got anything. I was told then that it's almost done and will be shipped out and ask if I can see the art approval at least. He says he will send it. I wait a few days nothing. Email again, now a girl Sarah emails me an art approval and checking my address to make sure that it's correct. By now it's Nov 30. I ask when will I receive my blanket as now it's 2 months since I ordered. No response. Now I have been emailing everyday for the last 3 days and asking about my order cause when I check it tells me my order and email are invalid. It's like my order fell off the face of the earth. And NO ONE WILL ANSWER ME ABOUT MY ORDER
This is absolutely the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Spent months waiting to receive over $100 of mugs for my friends for Christmas and they won't answer any of my emails. Do not buy from this website.
If i could give 0 stars I would. This company is a scam. Took my money the day of purchase and a month and a half later I still have nothing to show for it. I've emailed the company and SURPRISE SURPRISE no answer from them. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
I ordered a mug from printmypet in September, never received artwork approval and in December they just cancelled my order without my knowledge. ORDER PET STUFF FROM PUPSOCKS NOT PRINT MY PET. Pupsocks sent our my mug within 2 days.
My experience is the same as everyone; never received art approval email; four weeks later delay response; now will miss Christmas deadline; asked for refund; no response; dispute the charge to my credit card company; then posted on their face book page; THAT got a response:
"We never scam anyone - why would we need to cancel it if you called your credit card company? I think you are confused with us with another company. We have 25 employees we do over $1million a month in sales. If you'd like have your attorney email *******@printyourpet.com and we can work on it. No need with the threats we can take it straight to a judge."
Does not seem like a million dollar company to me...

Answer: I ordered on October 25th. Just got a shipping notification today. Horrible customer service. And I read other people say they were shipped the wrong thing! The wrong pet in their blankets or whatever else. So I'm not sure what I'm even going to receive. Supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I can update if anyone wants once I get it.
