I ordered my blanket on October 21st was promised to receive it within 2-4 weeks. I figured that it would take time since it is custom AND close to Christmas. This was over a month before the November 25th cutoff date. Received an email from the company late November with my "proof". I approved the proof. And they told me it would be here within 2-3 weeks. A month goes by. I attempted to contact them 4 different times. Did not receive a response. This was supposed to be a Christmas present so I ended up ordering a photo blanket from Walmart (got it within 1 week or ordering). I contacted my bank and filed a fraud report and they gave me my refund. Now all of a sudden... 3 weeks after I sent the email I get a response to ALL 4 messages I sent. Saying "please be patient" yeah ok. No thank you. Had they responded within the 24-36 hour window it states on the website I would have probably waited longer as it is Christmas time and I know they are busy. This place is a scam. Cute idea. Terrible company.
Ordered my blanket on November 3rd for my son for Christmas. Way before their cutoff for Christmas delivery date. Was emailed stating it was being wrapped up and ready to ship. Christmas has come and gone. Have sent over 10 emails and get bull crap answers and still no blanket. I have contacted pay pal and will probably contact the BBB. This is such a disgraceful business! My son would have loved his cat on a blanket and now he'll never receive it.

Still have not received my order that I placed 11/24/18. I received an email 2 months later stating they were not refunding my money because that is their policy and to " please bear with us". Got another reply today from an email I sent them in January. They are just messing with me now. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! A RIPOFF!
Worst company ever. I purchased in November with guarantee before Christmas. A few says after my order processed, I received an email it would be delayed. I requested to cancel. 10 days later they responded they couldn't. I requested again. No response. Then 2 weeks later- they stated it was being completed and they would expedite. A week later- my status is "unfulfilled" and I get no response. THEIVES.
Ordered 2 blankets on Nov 21 and was guaranteed delivery before Xmas.
Received email on Dec 12 stating that I clicked full body on 1 blanket but didn't pay the $7.50 charge ( which u think would be automatic at check out if that option was clicked) but I paid the extra fee.
Blankets never arrived and have sent multiple emails with no reply ( but they sure did reply about the extra fee)
Disputed charge w my credit card company after reading these reviews. If his is a scam it's terrible to prey on pet lovers. I liked that the purchase was helping pets in need.
I put an order in around 6 weeks ago, which was quite expensive and a big purchase being a college student. I understood that the design process/shipping would take 4-6 weeks and I was fine with that. However here we are, with no updates, no sign of the company working on the order, and not being able to get in contact with them. I would absolutely not recommend buying from Print Your Pet' due to a lack of customer service. It seems like a scam and I wish I had done more research before ordering from this company. Please save your money and do research to find a better company!
I helped my teenage daughter order a blanket for her dad for Christmas on October 25th. It took over a month to get a rendering of the blanket which I approved the same day. I have sent several emails regarding the order and have been strung along. Now when I try to check my order status, it says that my login information is incorrect! I'm pissed and my daughter is very disappointed! I will be contacting my bank and the BBB on Monday!
I was super excited to give a print your pet mug as a Christmas gift. However, the site claims 2-4 weeks and I ordered over 4 weeks ago and have heard nothing (haven't even received a mock up for approval or anything). I emailed for a time estimate, acknowledging that the holiday season would cause delays, and received an obviously mass email with no real answer. I have since emailed three times asking for a real estimate in regards to a timeline as well as simply asking for a confirmation that the company is not a scam (which I read in outside reviews after ordering) and have heard nothing back. Great product and cause in theory, and hope it's amazing as it seems, but am beginning to be doubtful. Still praying for it's legitimacy though because the product seems amazing! Will amend my review with any updates for you all :)
This site is an absolute scam. I ordered 2 things on Nov 19th (christmas presents). A couple weeks went by, so I checked on the order & it said Unfulfilled. After 1 month went by & I hadn't heard anything, I checked the status of my order again & it still said unfulfilled. The only way to contact them is by sending them an email through their site. So I sent 1 email asking about the status of my order. They did not respond. So, I sent a 2nd email asking for a refund. They did not respond to that one either. I finally called my credit card company & explained the situation & they reached out to Print Your Pet one last time to see if they would respond or make it right & they didn't, so my credit card company reimbursed me my money. This site is a total scam. Buyers beware!

Just like everyone else I too have been scammed by this piece of sh**. Ordered in November, was lead on over and over till I called them out for being a scam, and now I'm getting no reply. Hopefully all these reviews stop someone from going through this terrible experience but it seems that we all come here after already being scammed and it's too late.
I ordered before the cut off date for Christmas delivery. I emailed them 4 times, I sent them a message through Facebook messenger and no response to anything. The order was paid in full and I have nothing to show for it.
I placed my order on Nov 15, and it is Dec 25 and guess what... no order received. Even though I contacted the company on Dec 11 to make sure I would be receiving my order in time. I was told it was being expedited. 100% bullshi$. Will be contacting my bank and the BBB first thing tomorrow morning.

So frustrated that I didn't look up this company. I ordered over 6 weeks ago (obvs in time for Christmas so it says on their website). Well it is Christmas Eve and my order is still "unfulfilled." I chose the whole body option they where quick to contact me within a week to pay extra for that and when I did no response since then (what was Dec. 1st). I wanted this bc our dog passed and my sister is so upset this was going to be such an amazing gift I am so furious. I wish I could tear them apart at this point. This is not how to run a business and they need to be freaking shut down! Stealing money from people and not sending out products.
Absolutely no communication! I ordered 2 blankets on October 25th. Cut off for Christmas delivery was November 25th. Today is Christmas Eve and according to the post office I will not get it until December 27th at the earliest! I wish I had gone somewhere else! I will never do business with this company again! No phone number to call. They will NOT answer an email! So frustrated!
I made an order on November 4th 2018... it took over a month to receive the image for approval and it has now been over a week and I still have no tracking number... I have sent several emails with no response... I feel dumb and pissed all at the same time
I ordered a blanket of our deceased family dog as a touching gift to be given to my sister. This was the one gift I was most excited for and, as with many others, was promised a prompt delivery if I ordered before November 25th. A week goes by and no change on my order as per their website. I emailed them and did receive a response at this time, however it was extremely vague. "I promise we are working on it", they said. Few more weeks go by with no change. Since then they have not responded to my emails and I am convinced my order will remain unfulfilled indefinitely. I wish I had looked at reviews on this company before wasting my time. Countless reviews can't lie! These people are crooks. Save your money.
Placed my order 11/10/18 still have not received it. Just checked the status today and it still shows unfulfilled. Guess a few people on my Christmas list won't be getting their gifts
I ordered a blanket for my daughter with her cat's picture on it for Christmas. I paid for the blanket and was promised a 3-4 week delivery. It is now December 23rd and still no blanket. The wrong pet in their blankets or whatever else. So I'm not sure what I'm even going to receive. Supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I can update if anyone wants once I get it.
