Ordered two work shirts took a month to arrive I was constantly emailed on one particular day every 5 minutes. I've had phone calls from these idiots at midnight to say my item couldn't be delivered as I wasn't home. 3 $#*!in times! How hard is it to leave at the door. When my shirts finally arrived I threw them straight in the bin as they are ridiculously small and cheap material. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I hope they are shut down very soon
I have ordered card holder. They delivered me damaged product. The Leather was torned from the edge. When i mailed them with images they said it's joint mark. Very worst service. They even refused to give refund.

As i am opening the product i shocked that the product is totally different from which i have customised.
Then i called customer care and raised complaint regarding my issue. Then i have sent pictures of the delivered product. I got an ticket and got an reply by mail from these people that THE DELIVERED PRODUCT IS SAME AS YOU HAVE ORDERED...
THAT MEANS THE CUSTOMERS ARE FOOL!
RIGHT
BUT I WILL NOT STOP HERE I AM GOING FOR TAKE AN LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THESE FRAUDSTERS AND AM GOING TO SHARE MY ISSUE WITH ALL SOCIAL MEDIA...
Please dont buy anything in printvenue. I got a bad and damaged print. Customer support also not responding properly

Worst Company I ordered for XL t shirt they sent me L size. After I mailed comparisons with my old 2 XL t-shirts they sent me a replay(screenshot is added to this review)
I have order 1000 envelope which i just got delievered 100. So many e-mail & calls with customer care no result. Cheated company.

It is all bull$#*!. Coupon codes dont work. Customer care is poor. White collar cheating. I simply have no words to explain also. Worst experience ever. I would never dream of hitting this site again.
While ordering a product, on the payment page i redeemed the reward points for paying, the points got deducted from my card as shown in the statement, but the page freezed there and even after clicking links nothing was happening as shown in the pic, now even after the deduction printvenue is not issuing a refund, i even showed them that the money was deducted from my account, such fraud they are looting peoples money.
I ordered metallic paper rounded edges visiting cards. The quality of the paper was dirty, I am not exaggerating but I did not give even a single card printed by them to my clients. The rounded edges were not smooth enough. The colour was faded out. Not even a single aspect was good enough.
The people running the company are too amateur and horrible to converse with.

I have ordered a personalized dairy which costed me 1000 Rs/- which i got in a damaged state with pages out of it and very Poor quality for the money paid. When i asked for replacement i was told to arrange it myself. Dont ever go for it

I had a very worst experience with this site, this is the worst shopping site ever. They are not processing my refund of rs400/-. Costumer service is just a name there, they don't know anything about any policy. Nothing is documented everything is verbal. Worst experience ever. Don't pay online for this bcz they never process your refund if you don't get the product... I had placed a order on 4th November still not got any refund or the product itself. printvenue.com now you guys have to deal with consumer court.
I ordered an engraved parker pen. The pen got was not of good quality. I called their customer service for the issue. They asked me make a video of that. How the hell shall I make a video of defected pen. I mailed them with some images. Its been a month they just keep sending me the apology mail everytime and asking to keep patience with the matter.
Guys please don't buy from them. They are fake. They have just opened a business to get money out of people without any kind of service.
I ordered for a Mac air skin and all that I receive is a sheet of paper with my printed logo, bloody pests please note even I can print it on a sheet of paper and past it.

Please donot order any products from printvenue i ordered for a customized mobile cover and received mobile skin. I did a mistake of not reading reviews before ordering. Guys please read reviews before ordering from any online shopping services. It doesnot worth for the money paid.
I have ordered visiting card. 25th Oct. 2016. They said, you can receive within one week time.
But, after 13 days, the visiting card is not received. I have asked many more times via Email and phone. But no response from their end.
I got a set of cards printed from these guys and the quality was horrible. I wrote to them and they didn't bother to respond to my emails at all. If you wan't some printing work done, I suggest you stick to VistaPrint
I have ordered four times and evey time i am very happy with the product and their customer support they are very oblige and helpful. I refer all to go and create the special gift for your beloved one.
THEY NEED TO MAKE IT CLEAR ON THE WEB SITE THAT THEY DONT DELIVER TO PO BOXES PRIOR TO PEOPLE ORDERING AND THAT YOU NEED SOMEONE HOME TO SIGN FOR THE ORDER! Its been a real pain to get the goods delivered! OH my god! Like please bring 2 sets of ID to our depot and sign for it and blah blah blah! For stupid mouse pads. Its a joke. Just post the damn things.
