Extremely unhappy with the delivered product [Vertical Business card on metallic paper]. One thing is good that their actions are consistent like poor quality, poor printing, poor cutting, poor delivery timing. The paper [they charged extra 150 for that] is totally useless that I have to order another set from a local store.
1. Unfinished edges of many cards,
2. Color of the back side,
3. Very very bad paper quality [as extra 150 charged. Its been 3 days and the layers of the card has already started tearing and],
4. Bad cutting
5. Faded texts at the back [due to low quality printing]
I order a big print of my baby's picture (ORDER NO.: 7041-2488-4024). Initially they accepted the size but when I received the print and saw the quality was pathetic, completely blurred.
I send them 20 emails for the same now they have stopped communication.
Please be aware of them as they do not believe in professionalism and quality.
Ordered square BCards and got them all crooked cut (not square but rhombus), poor quality print, different finish and lamination. 15 e-mails later still nothing and now they stopped communication. Sad that these spamers are allowed to do business. Stay away, you've been warned by all these people here who felt it on their skin.
Had ordered two photo collages for my son's 1 st birthday 2 weeks ago. I got it 3 days after the function. Really dissapointed.if they could atleast pre inform the delivery date while ordering it would be much easier for the customers to decide. Also i was skeptical about the product quality after reading the reviews but it came out to be fine. Much better than i expected.
Quality is compromising... and delivery time is not fix.
There is no help regarding product delivery and no proper updates given.
Please guys do not prefer this website
I ordered an engraved parker pen for my friend who is a specialist doctor for his birthday present. The pen came in a cheap box and the pen although has a market like arrow on the cap... i can bet my balls its a fake. My friend does not use the pen of course but has not thrown it out of respect for me. I would never order from print venue again.
I suggest everyone not to purchase anything from this site because i am thoroughly disappointed with their service of delivering the products and they even charge u for this which is of no use. I ordered two things from this site one of which was a poster and the other was a photo magnet both were for a special cause and i ordered it 6 days before and today its been 11 days i haven't received my order yet, the cause for which i ordered these gifts is unfulfilled and im very upset. Hope so ill recieve the order next year!
I ordered one birthday card as gift for my sister for her birthday. I placed the order before 8 days assuming that they will deliver the gift on Birthday. But even after contacting them multiple times to highlight the importance of delivery date, they didn't even ship the product in time. Today is birthday (8 days passed) and they haven't even printed the gift till now. Birthday gift got spoiled nevertheless to say, Now they might deliver it probably after 2 weeks after birthday. All happiness cut short by some irresponsible actions from Print Avenue. Need to know the quality of product which is shipped once my sister receives the gift (hopefully they will deliver it at least by next birthday).
I ordered a parker pen combo wherein it is mentioned 50% on first purchase and the voucher that i received claims to give 20% discount. But when the order was placed they reply that it was on the base price that is the price that is cancelled when we look at any product. Upon discussions, it was more than a hour and finally I asked them to cancel my order to which they replied that to cancel an order you are required to update within an hour only. That was all bull$#*! goining. They replied that you should have gone through our FAQ's before going for the entire process...
I have worst exp with this company. I suggest dont order
Pls don't buy, i have ordered a mobile case and i received only a mobile skin. There is no return policy at all. I don't know why google places it results in the top of it search. I bought this product only because google had placed this website in the top its results. Such a deceptive company it is... Just for a skin they are charging 304. Only after placing order i came to know that i can get Mobile cover with sticker for just 200 in my area.
It was shown as mobile cover and received a print on sticker which we can do it at through own printer only at a cost of less than 10 Rs. Eventhough what you customise the pictures it will not be adjusted as per size, those pics have been cut off from the middle. Poor product and no return policy. They are just cheating the people's.
Don't even think of ordering..
I have order Moto G Mobile cover but I got only sticker of the cover.
It's very cost if only sticker is been delivered. 454 for only sticker is very costly.
Local vendors are giving these services at around 250 with cover.
Ordered "premium" business cards, preview showed rounded corners, once sent and paid i noticed that they had a 'rounded corners card product', so emailed support to ensure that the 'premium' product incl this feature (as preview). Reply suggested that they would 'customise' the order, alas the cards arrived with square corners. 14 emails later, im left with cards i dont want. It should not be this hard...
The quality is avg. To say the least, regardless of corner opt.
I had ordered a personalized calender for my friend's birthday. Though the delivery was a little late, the calendar received was of good quality paper and nicely printed, so it was worth the wait. I loved it.

I SO wish I had Googled reviews for this company BEFORE I placed an order. It's been 5 weeks since I placed the order and all I'm getting back are emails asking for alternate address, then alternate phone number, etc. I don't expect I shall ever see the two self-inking stampers I ordered for our company and I don't think the boss will be happy having to pay someone else in addition to these tossers. If I could give them negative stars, I would.
This company take money. After v do payment we do not recieve any confirmation order and i have not get my order yet... And i have done payment also but still they have not delivered the product. Avoid thid compant, dis is a fraud company dont trust
I orderd flyers from printvenue... the flyers were defective mailed them for refund on 2 sep and did not get it yet. Everytime they are saying it will take 24-48 hours to initiate refund and 2 days to transfer in bank. Worst website ever.
I ordered a dog tag with a customized text on it. The tag itself is so small that its barely visible. So you can think about the text written on that yourself. Also they have provided a chain with the tag which is not big enough to fit around neck of the dog. Whats the point of giving such thing which is of no use.
When i asked them to replace the chain, they said that its complementary and cannot be replaced.
Overall I have spent 249 bucks and my time on a product which is now of no use to me.
