They are worst company, I have ever deal with. They are simply cheating people. Very poor quality combined with very bad support team.
Please don't go for this site,,,, They have no customer support, I am trying to reach their support center since I ordered product on 18/10/14, till date I have not received my order. They have given a bluedart tracking ID for which bluedart has no shipment details.

PRINT VENUE IS FRAUD. IT IS SHOWING MOBILE CASE IN WEBSITE, BUT THEY HAVE DELIVERED STICKER WORTH 50 RUPEES. FOR THIS I HAVE PAID RS. 350. IT IS CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS WITH WELL PLANNED APPROACH. PLEASE DONT GET CHEATED BY PRINT VENUE. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD SITE.
Dumb Embroidery work, real bad
Ordered a matty fabric with Embroidery for left top Logo Image / Text.( 400rs.)
Quality of work is really bad.
Quality of T-shirt fabric is as expected poor. But at-least work could've been very better.
Really disappointing.
Stay Away from Printvenue.
I ordered 1 greeting card. What they delivered is lyk different from them. I called their support. They are not responding. Its 1 month over for that. NO response from that side.
I ordered for a customized phone skin. But the photo quality is too poor. Its not at all worth for the money I paid. I do not recommend anybody to buy anything on Printvenue website.
Zero star for this Printvenue is a very veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyy bad site to shop am waiting for my product for more than a month still they are not able to dispatch.Its waste of time and money.
I ordered a phone case with a customize print but it was never delivered to me even after a month.
I finally requested for the refund but they that too agreed on it after many days.
Printvenue is not at all a professional and trust worthy site.
They still need to improve the customer service.
Overall very bad experience.

I have ordered Card holder with customized printing on it, received it after a week. I was shocked to see, It has missing letters on printing. No response by customer care even after a week, Dont BUY ANYTHING FROM IT...
I wish I would have read the reviews first! Since I was in a hurry of ordering a gift for Brother and sister in law for their wedding anniversary I just ordered a personalized pillow. They haven't delivered the product yet as per the mentioned time and now I am worried about the quality of the product! Sigh!
I wanted to gift around 100 pens to my clients so I ordered them from printvenue.com along with my company’s name engraved on them. I must say that the pens were looking really nice and were also delivered on time. The process of ordering was also really simple. I would totally recommend this to other people.
I ordered for mobile skin - personalised one. Worst experience.
1) The way it shown in Web is totally different than real one.
2) Its just a pic taken on rough paper with glue behind it (Can't any school kid do it)
3) Rs 300 for just a photo ( size according to s3 mobile)?

Worst service... They will not deliver on time... Do not know about the product quality, because its more then 10 days I still did not receive my order yet. Not worth using printvenue. Third Class.
I am writing in regards to my recent order placed at Print venue (3673-1880-6002) and I must say that this is worst product that I've received ever while placing any online order so far. I am still trying to overcome from this incident and wondering how come any company who is doing online business and sending such terrible product to its customer. This product is not even worth a single penny and you have charged rs. 600 for this.
I can say thousand things for this awful product I've received however I've already shared my feedback by calling today at your customer care no(91 11 3001 7676) and they have apologized and advised that either they can send me the better frame with atleast some dignity that I can keep this at my home! I spoke with ADIL SHAH (Team lead/Manager) who assured me that this issue shall be taken into consideration for all future orders and get resolved within 24 working hours.
The product I've received is far far below quality standard if I talk about. The sunboard material has been used is so light that if I switch on my fan this will blow away this frame in a second. THIS CANNOT BE CALLED A PHOTO FRAME AT ALL!
I hope being in printing business you understand better than me what do we call a photo frame, its looking like the picture has been just pasted on some very casual, light weighted and awful quality board and this makes me furious that it was a gift for someone and I totally got stuck now with this item.
Secondly your customer service says "we cannot register your complain over the phone sir, you can write all this as a feedback and we shall get this replace/refund. This is horrendous again as why the customer care people are sitting when they cannot register a complain. I dont understand how shall your company come to about the quality just by watching the picture ONLINE?
Let me rephrase this again, this is not a FEEDBACK... I am quite disappointed to see what I've received in terms of so called PHOTO FRAME and expect that you would send me something that I can keep this in equivalent value what I've paid for!
This is totally peice of CRAP what you have sent, so please take some corrective action and focus more on quality parameters else this will be a tough call for any business to survive if they operate under such norms.
Before this order I was a satisfied customer with Print venue as I've ordered quite a few items in the past, and the previous order I received (desk photo frame with engraving) I would call this Good in terms of quality appreciate this however I dont understand how come this time I've been sent such a TERRIBLE/DREADFUL PRODUCT.
This is all I can say about this product and I expect that my complain would be resolved on priority as this has already got delayed. I am not looking for any refund, rather I want a good, decent quality product that I expected to be delivered earlier but it did not. So please get your quality team to be more alert and do some inspection before sending such product. Please remove the caption which states on your website as "photo Frame" coz you people are sending the frame rather just glued the picture on very cheap quality board which is merely 10 gm in weight.
I wish I could have rate them as 0 as well...

Cheaters they are. They said 5 working days, I ordered on Sep 24th. They havent delivered anything till today. No reply, no email. Such a looser they are, I suggest you to be far away from them. It happened many times with me, Very late delivery more than 12 to 15 days delivery of the Product.

I ordered a mobile skin and a parker pen... they have delivered only the mobile skin so far, ( even after 10 days) and if i call the customer care, nobody answers... ever the mobile skin, quality is very poor... it is nothing like the way it is shown on their website... it is not even worth 50Rs, looks like someone took a print form their inkjet printer, ie too the draft version of it. Its a very important lesson for me, never to order anything online, until they have a buy back policy or pay on delivery
I have ordered twice from Printvenue.com, and both times the experience has been remarkable. Very quick and efficient delivery, excellent product quality.
This is by far my worst experience of buying online and that with www.printvenue.com. The worst part it that they dont have Cash On Delivery and Customer Care is pathetic as they wont even help you track your delivery consignment.
