Order No. - 4453-4882-0668 " T-SHIRT" i ordered 2 large Tshirts for independence day celebrations with india flag logo. It was delivered to us on 20 Aug well after independence day. But it was a small size tshirt. Now they are not replacing it, every time we call the customer care. We hear the same answer, that you will get a response in 3 days.
This is the most $#*!ed online service i have ever seen. Looks like some idiots are sitting there with no decision making skills.
I will drag them to consumer forum.
Stay away from this company.
I had ordered business cards. Wasn't expecting such inferior quality of printing, giving a very very cheap look. Although paper quality was good, but it was more expensive than what you get for the same quality at the local printers. NEVER ORDER BUSINESS CARDS FROM PRINTVENUE
Pretend to be Australian based - in fact in India Hence product cheap but DHLfreight is expensive. Bought 3 self inking stamps - impression on website was good, stamps did NOT leave same impression, and were of very average quality. Complained. After much delay they responded that "the relevant department have checked...(and) updated us that the print is fine and that there is no issue". Glad I only got fairly cheap rubber stamps - hate to see what other personalized products are like, Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
They claim to be an Australian company but all products are made in India.
Purchased a stamp and at time of purchase was told it would take 5 days. Three weeks later it arrived but with errors. Asked for refund, they refused and said they would send a new stamp. Waited another 3 weeks and new stamp arrives with the same errors.
DO NOT use this company!
Cheapest quality you will get at print venue. You will see good images on their site but when you actual receive the material that will be of no use. When you talk to their customer care they will misbehave with you. Return is not a policy at all. Pls Pls never use PrintVenue for any kind of printing. I have rated 1 star because that is the least possible value. This is FraudVenue.com. Guys lets get together all & file a case against them in consumer forum. Thanks vikram
They are the worst online retailers that I have seen who cheat the customers in the name of refund. They take months together and as a customer you are still not sure if you would receive it.
I had ordered for a custom t-shirt which first they failed to deliver and worst is they even fail to notify unless you call to find out the status. I then cancelled the order for which I did not even get a notification. A**H***S. I have done a follow us through calls and emails for atleast 7 -8 times and this is what they sent every time and you certainly know its copy paste of text.

I had given them business cards the way they showed its picture was pretty good so i gave them for printing but when it got delivered i was shocked. They have printed it on a paper nd have cut them in an uneven manner and delivered worst ever. Plz dont make a fool of yourself by giving anything for a print to these guys
Please do not buy anything from here. The products are very cheap. The images shown by them are HD images and does not look like as it is when it comes to REAL.
Customer Service is pathetic.

I AM VERY-5 UNHAPPY WITH THEIR PRODUCT. I ORDERED FOR PERSONALIZED CASE COVER FOR IPHONE 5S AND SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND 2. THE PICTURES WE GAVE TO THEM WERE CLICKED USING 'DSLR' AND ON THE COVERS ALL THE PICTURES WERE BLURRED. IT COST ME 1034 INR BUT IT WAS JUST WASTE OF MONEY. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM AND THEIR SERVICE. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.
IF POSSIBLE PLEASE TAKE YOUR GARBAGE PRINTVENUE AND RETURN ME MY MONEY.
I have ordered one collage, two printed T-Shirt and bands, T-Shirt Quality is worst and print is also horrible. In collage i got so many scratches, hate this website...
I Have order a mobile back cover ( Mobile Skin - Micromax A106 Unite 2), and when i received it, i found that its just a sticker not a proper back cover. It just simply waste of money, as i am expecting it would be a mobile cover. At least they should have mention on their site their that all these are stickers not mobile cover/ /backcovers. It simply a cheating to a customer.

This is the weirdest online website, that claims to print keychains so for Rs. 400 I ordered a keychain. I got something that was so badly printed on a dirty 20 rs keychain that I cannot believe they had the audacity to ship it out to the customer! Anyone with the naked eye could see 10 flaws with its print quality (though i sent them a 10 MB picture). Its like they don't even take printing seriously which is WHAT THEY DO for a living! Then when I sent them picutres, they said they're reluctantly said they will issue me a refund (after i spent 4 days insisting I wanted a refund). Then no response and no refund for 20 days. When I asked them about it they said they had a technical glitch and will issue my refund in 3 days. 11 days passed and again no refund has been processed! These folks are lying and refusing to give my money back! The ethics of this business is questionable and I believe they're a major fraud company about to scam everyone with 100s if not 1000s of folks money. Why else would it be 32 days and no refund and only scripted responses and more dilly dallying than actually issuing the refund?!:-O
I ordered 3 mugs and a key chain with pictures of our little one on them for mothers day. Products arrived today, 3 mugs and no key chain. The pictures and writing are smudged and at angles, the colours are nothing like what they were on the internet site and the quality is just a disgrace. Everything's just gone in the bin as they're all ridiculously poorly done.

I bought one Card Holder-Edge+ Black and one Keychain-Miro. I Recieved the Card Holder within five working days and the keychain a few days later. Understand that keychain processing would take longer according to the respective department when I emailed Customer Service. The quality was quite good and although it was smaller than I expected, overall still good at such a great price. The keychain was also quite good, just that the words were printed a little smaller, understand also as I printed my email address and the font would have to be smaller. The engraving was also very good for both items.
I ordered business cards for the first time, the ad stated 8 - 10 days delivery time... It has been 20 and still no cards. Looking at all the other reviews online, I am not at all impressed by this company, the way they operate their business. There is no return of emails. You ring them and the person said "I cant hear you, you are unaudible". I bought these cards thinking I am dealing with a company in Australia. Their ad online via fb is misleading. Regardless no business cards as yet and I will never be doing business again and I will tell all of my fb buddies about my experience. These guys are outrageous
I have order bon voyage travel wallet for men from this site. It turn out to be worst quality, no brand name mention anywhere on the product. It doesn't fit to be perfect gift which i thought to gift my cousin. I would never recommend anybody for this site, since product are not genuine.
IMPORTANT- The differentiation which site claim for, customization was worst i have ever seen.The engrossed name was not at all properly written.
I would suggest everyone to opt for other sites as investing in this one, trust me you'll regret forever. Do not judge a book by its cover- the product you receive no where matches your expectation. It's of a pathetic quality that you would never want to gift or keep to yourself.
The moment you pay is the moment your done with it and no matter what in hell, the error is never getting rectified. The customer care is never really concerned and the company heads- managers, I really don't know what are they being paid for. You lose your money trying to call these junk and they conveniently talk of getting back to you in 3 bloody working days. It's been 2 months for me and my friend with 15 customer care calls costing a min if Rs. 500, and absolute zero response.
The company thrives on its "no refund because its personalized" policy - so when they serve you dung you need to accept it because you asked for it- personalized!
They should be sued for cheating their customers.

I ordered iphone 4s mobile cover with a photo printed and one cushion. The cushion quality was so bad and stitching was also too bad. It was giving the impression that i have bought it from a street. They had spilled color over the photo too. The price was 599 + shipping which is too high. Also the phone cover was totally scratched.
