My oreder was one mouse pad, one calendar and one Wooden name plate.
After reading other reviews I was in tension but I got my delievery on time and am very much satisfied with the products especially the wooden name plate. I would like to suggest others also to must try wooden crafted name plate!
Customer support is really very helpful for me and product quality is also awesome.

Agree with others, no customer care, only excuses. Do not deliver - 4 month after the order was placed and still waiting and all I get is the statement that they will "escalate" the enquiry. SHAME SHAME SHAME! The review does not allow to enter ZERO STARS...
This is a shameful company that only wants to take your money and not deliver on time. Dont use this site. I would like to give 0 star. Customer support is very very poor.
I had ordered something for valentines day and they refused to deliver it on valentines. Though they didn't mention it while purchasing. Moreover the return policy on their website is also fake. They say they accept return if canal them within one hour of ordering but they don't. Their customer care staff is also rude. I will never purchase from this website and also suggest everyone not to. Magic mug that I ordered cannot be called magic mug at all! Designs all revealed without need to pour in hot water! Makes it damn ugly with a layer of of color over your design. Items received on time but I couldn't make it my Valentine gift for my couple because it's so ugly! Why do I even need to click on that 1 star? It don't worth any $#*!! Wasted my money and I didn't know it was based in India since they created a Singapore website. Totally a scam!

This is a shameful company that only wants to take your money and not deliver your products. I had placed Order 6007-6882-0204 18 days ago and the order has still not been shipped despite having the ship date of Dec 11th. I have called their incompetent customer care more than 7 times and have sent them numerous emails. Their customer care reps keep repeating the same story "your product will ship tonight". This morning when I called for an nth time, they said that their Supervisor, Dilip and Kamal will call me and they also have not called me back.
This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with and I will beg others to avoid this company like plague. I have already filed a DISPUTE with my credit card company.
I have ordered since 11 days not yet updated staus and they are so irresponsible to inform abt the product.

I have ordered cards which I needed urgently and it has been more than 2 weeks, haven't received it and they deliver through "delhivery" which is also the worst as my shipment is in transit for almost a week. Order k 5 min baad canceled krwaya but ye chutiye kehte h ki monetary refund is not possible, Bada hi madarchod bhadwa site kuch v mat order krna is site se. Jo is site se order kiya h wo kavi satisfied nhi huwa h. Aap chaho to sari reviews padh lo.
Amazon Flipkart is better then any other.

All is which I wrote this is my frustration about printvenue
A worst site i have ever seen. I ordered a pillow from this site. The quality of the product is so worst that i just threw in dustbin. Till now i have not written any review on any site. For the first time am writing for this site. Please dont buy any product from this site.
I ordered what was called a "pillow"; totally my fault that I didn't read the measurements properly to realise that it was a pillow for a pygmy.
What arrived was a squashed up article, covered in a horrid synthetic fabric & filled with god knows what that actually squeaked when it was moved.
The cushion was so squashed that there was no way it could be straightened out, because of the horrid fabric.
I sent photos & detailed complaint, waited weeks & was finally told that their "Quality Department" had deemed the item in excellent condition.
$29.95 down the gurgler & a friend's present missing.
The business cards that I have received don't have the quality that Print Venue is showing on the website.
1 The color is not even close to the pure black that I sent on the Pdf. It has small scratches and poor quality.
2 Round corners has been done with some kind of metallic drill (obviously no the proper way). They are irregular and full of scratches.
3 The boxes are big for the space on the bigger brown box and most of the sides of the packages has been damaged.
4 Check the matte laminated in the pictures.
Worst experience ever in more than 15 years as a graphic designer
I ordered printed mobile cover to gift some one...
But when i open it, i got just simple sticker they call it mobile skin, in 400 bucks... madrchod choar loag hai gandu loag. Bhadwe loag ko kahin kuch mila nahi to yahan chori kar rahe hai..
Worst... Cheat Money... They are here to make people fool nothing else...
They send me wrong size but they simply reply my email. They can't support further.

Dont ever try to buy anything from this site. They all r lazy. Dont even care to update regarding ur order and keep saying product is rejected under quality check. Now i am waiting for my order let me see what quality they deliverd after so much of quality check.
They have put all the duffers in their customer support team, they dont know any thing about the order placed, worst experience
