I ordered a customized skin for my phone. It reached me in a really bad damaged condition inspite of them charging and additional delivery fee of Rs. 75. I reached out to printvenue to express how unhappy I was and that I would like a full refund for same. They said they would have to elevate the issue and get back to me. It took them 10 days (after multiple emails and calls) to tell me that the resolution they've come up with is is to give me a new phone skin (this inspite of constantly telling them that i don't want a new product)! They even asked me to make a video of putting the phone skin on my phone since they thought that in the photos I shared, the product did not look damaged enough and was ok to use. The customer service executives are lazy and incompetent and will give you a hundred reasons as to why they're not wrong and how it's either our fault or the courier guys fault etc. On their detailed review about the issue, they also had something written about how I said something about the product (that I never said at all!) and that it was my fault in communicating the actual issue to them.
It makes me sad how big online portals like these can scam you in such ways.
Would not recommend using this website whatsoever. Even if their service might be alright, the customer service will disappoint you.

I ordered name cards from this company due to a promotion they had. Initially, a local guy in Singapore replied my queries and order. He even mentioned that it only takes 5 working days to get my cards printed.

The it went silent for 1 month. I had to send numerous complaints to the company in India as well as paypal over the next month before the Indian company sent the print job to a cheap printing company. The name cards arrived just to satisfy Paypal's dispute resolution of non-delivery but the standard was so bad I cannot use the cards. They are totally different from the sample I sent to them. They also printed the wrong name on half the cards.

I cannot use the name cards. Total loss! Dont get conned by their promotions and promise of quality and/or timeliness. You are not going to like it.

I ordered a mobile case on 22nd Feb 2019 and it was expected to ship between 27th Feb and 2nd March.
But, it was delayed and I was asked to wait for 3-4 days.
On 6th March I was again asked to wait for another 3-4 days.
No one is interested in the issue. They have already taken the payment and still no update on delivery of the product.
The customer support consist of only dummies who just know one line - "Sorry for the inconvenience(deep inside, we aren't). We will take quick action."

Placed an order Jan 7th which they promised to be Shipped for 10-13th Jan
"The expected date of dispatch is (10-13 Jan '19) via "Ecom Express" courier company."

21st Jan still nothing, wont give me information to say if dispatched or not, just keep getting fobbed off...

This is a complete con, no word, no follow up just ignoring me

We had ordered 11 Embroidery Tshirts for the corporate event we had planned. These guys made me to make the payment immediately and promised to deliver my Tshirts before the event. Waiting for the Tshirts, I kept postponing my team event and occassion continuously for 5 days and the guys did not even deliver even after 10 days. One customer service guy even said that the other customer service you spoke in the morning is not feeling and cant talk to you, The logistics guy said that the vehicle where my products were arriving met with an accident. Such a $#*!ty vendor. Never seen in my life. I will screw them up for all the frustrations I am carrying until I get a refund of the same. Order no. 9293-5208-2608

You are lucky if you read this comment before placing order. DO NOT order from them. Placed my order on 29th July and was informed via email will be delivered to me between 1st Aug to 4th Aug. Till 5th Aug still do not receive, emailed them (because no phone # can be found on website!) and was told they are holding the printing because of one suspected error and did try to call me many times but fail. PLS! MY PHONE IS WORKING VERY WELL and they can contact me via Email isn't it? Anyway, was told to expedite and sent out by 7th Aug but till 10th Aug (today), it still shows order under processing and I can no longer log in to my account, they rated me bad credential (well, I told them I'll escalate to CASE SINGAPORE).

IT IS A SCAM TO ME.
