I ordered a book from this company in early November to make sure it arrived before Christmas, as it was a good for my mom. They sent me someone else's book! Whatever, I just figured I would call and they would send mine out. WRONG! I have emailed them three times with all of the information they need, and they still send a generic customer support response. Now, their inbox is full and my email comes back as undeliverable. I have spent hours on hold, only to be told once that I would receive an email in 24 hours (I didn't) and the rest of the time I was hung up on (twice).
This has been the worst experience with this company. I advise anyone out there who wants to order from them, DON'T! First of all it takes about 45 minutes to 1.5 hours to get a live person to answer and then they don't help. Half the time I spent redialing the number as I would get the message "all circuits are busy" and if not this, get someone to have repeated dropped calls. I placed two orders for the same thing with this Printerpix, one arrived completely broken as the packaging couldn't support the weight of the slate. Then my other order still has not been filled. None of my Christmas gifts are viable as this company has taken a "I don't give a damn" attitude towards my need as a customer. The outsourcing of their customer service department has proven extremely ineffective. Honestly, Printerpix should go out of business. I question the leadership in this company. As a consumer, we deserve better and highly disappointed in a "supposed" U.S. company. Good luck because as of December 19,2018, Printerpix will NEVER get my services or money again.
I would provide a picture, however, for the protection of my family members, I will not expose their wedding photo. I am beyond angry at this point!
Could not get anyone on phone then went on line with john joesph. He got my order going. When i got them i was pissed because they were dark black. John told me to put hot water in them and wow... thank you john
They will not help you at all. Site is horrible and freezes up and then you have to start completely over. Don't fall for their "good deal" because they will get you with shipping. Promises made... like shipping time, etc., and then no follow through.
Like many other reviewers, I ordered two blankets with a Groupon on 11/27/18 and my order status after a month is 50%. Three Live Chats and every time I asked my question, I don't hear a word back from them. I called their Customer Service number twice and neither call connected. I have now e-mailed them and received a ticket for my request but also a delivery failure. I'm really confused and angry. I also looked to provide feedback to Groupon and could not find a way. Groupon looks bad when they support a company like this.
This business is a complete sham! I order Christmas cards almost a month prior to Christmas and still have not received them. They do not respond to customer concerns and complaints and have provided no communication regarding an expected delivery of our cards. Stay away! Terrible business!
Great service from Bhuvaneshwari, the service from Printerpix was awesome and was very happy with the product. Will order from them again in the future.

Purchased 70 5x7 Holiday Cards via a Groupon offer. The site did not accept the voucher (received a 404 error) contacted customer care and received a bunch of technical troubleshooting steps, all of which were not the problem. Replied to them after running through their steps only for them to respond with a reiteration of a technical browser troubleshoot (again, not the issue). Phone number did not work at times and email did not work as well. Spoke to 2 separate Customer Care reps via chat VERY SLOW response times on both chats for approximately an hour + each. Only for them to give me the run around and not resolve the issue. They promised expedited shipping which they DID NOT honor and my order is coming after Christmas now. I still had to pay $9.99 for standard shipping. I will NEVER use their services again. Complete waste of time especially with the heavy competition out there! No idea how they are even in business. Awful.
Placed on order on 11/18 and received email confirmation. Waited and waited and waited. Emailed but no response. Called but no one ever picked up. Finally tried the online chat option and got "maybe" a live person named John Joseph. John answered my questions and checked on my order and gave me the information I was needing. Said it was dispatched 12/19 and provided me a tracking number. Let's see if I receive it because I'm skeptical. The ONLY reason I gave it 2 stars is because I FINALLY received a response to my request. I will not order from PrinterPix again.
I ordered December 5th with 7-10 days delivery. Over 2 weeks and now I won't have my Christmas cards until after Christmas! Twice I was told my order would be expedited. I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
I placed an order on 12/5 to guarantee delivery for the holiday as advertised on the company's site. I have been checking in daily on this order and every rep just tells me the same canned answer. Vivek was the only rep who actually checked on my order, was able to give me a truthful answer and even promised to escalate my order to try to get it to me in time for the holiday as the site falsely advertises. I am not at all happy with the company but am very very happy with the service Vivek provided.
I placed an order 11/25, paid $18.99 for shipping and never received the order. I tried to contact via phone but was on hold for over an hour and finally hung up. I than emailed twice, last week and this week but never received a reply. I am disputing charges with my bank. They should not be in business!
I have been ordering books and calendars from PrinterPix for the past several months.
Mainly, I am ashamed to say, because of the price. With Groupon the prices are about half of what you would otherwise pay. Having said that, you get what you pay for.
E-mail responses appear to be impersonal, if not automated. The replies are long in coming, if at all, and they will not make any accommodation for damaged goods.
Calendars are shipped in floppy envelopes, and several have been damaged in transit. Instead of sending another order or protecting future orders with non-bendable packaging, they chose to blame the postal service.
It often takes 2-3 weeks or longer to receive an order.
The printing is acceptable but mediocre.
The ordering process is difficult. Uploading photos often get hung-up, and there is little if any customization. You have to be very careful when ordering that you don't add any unwanted items which are highlighted by default.
In short, if you have a few extra bucks, stay clear of Printerpix. You'll be glad you did.
I placed an order for a blanket November 11th. Received an email stating my order was received. Even received an order number. Then NOTHING. Not a word. Certainly no package has shown up... I have tried dozens of times to contact customer service via telephone... I am on hold for 15 - 20 - 30 minutes at a time. Who can do this when they work? I got lucky one day and had the "on line chat" open at my desk and someone finally answered. They told me my order would be upgraded to urgent and avoided the answer when asked if my order had been lost. This was two weeks ago and now I can't get through... I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life.
Place my order on November 15th and it hasn't changed in the status since I placed the order. Made several calls to customer service and I'm told the same thing each time I'll get it before Christmas. They promised me I would get a shipping tracking number in 24-48 hours two weeks later still waiting for the tracking number for shipping. Don't ever use this company everybody should stay clear of this horrible company. I wouldn't be surprised if they are putting in reviews for themselves and rating themselves five stars because there obviously can't be such a difference between reviews. Submitted emails and never got a response.
I ordered 3 blankets to use for Christmas gifts. Over a month and a half later 2/3 are still in production
First time I try them and certainly the last. Clearly they offered great deals to get the word out for their product but they completely mismanaged the production process and in process any hope for god reviews since people cannot write anything positive about their product if they never receive it.
Hopefully people get their orders eventually before the company files for bankruptcy since that is pretty much 100% at this point.
I ordered Christmas cards a month ago and they still have not arrived, despite after 3 emails to the company throughout the process. By the time they get here Christmas will be over! I will never use this company again, and I highly suggest others stay away from it as well!

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
