This process has taken far too long and has been unnecessarily difficult. I needed this item by Saturday for an event, and that will clearly not be possible given that my issue has yet to be addressed. I have spent significant time on hold (including having to hang up due to extended wait times), used the chat feature, sent emails, and responded promptly to all follow-up questions.

I first reached out several days ago and expected the matter to be resolved at that time. Unfortunately, that has not happened. Given the amount spent, I will be pursuing a different option.

My name is Michael Corrunker and I am an Engineering Manager from San Antonio, Texas with two master degrees and am very picky to say the least. The business ElephantStock also happens to be in Plano, Texas which is close to Dallas. Their website is very professionally done and makes it easy for you to decide which type of canvas you would like for your home decor. They offer multi-piece, single piece and framed. I have already ordered two more canvas prints from them since receiving this one. One five multi-piece and a second larger single piece. They have countless different designs and styles for anyone's taste. By far the best canvas print that I have purchased!

Ordered a few pieces of art work from them about $600 with discount. Just prints with frames. Honestly, these frame are likely $25 dollar cheap frames and the glass appears not to even be real. So my order if just print and frame likely is around $75-100 in cost. So they are making a killing. My best friend use to be a professional framer while in college and you can't even put these on the same playing field with frame and mats etc as that would of cost you 200+ at least for a custom frame from companies he worked at and real glass and quality frames vs cheap frames and what appears not to be real glass. Also got one picture damaged out of my two being sent. The packing wasn't good at all and box tape half torn when arrived and the two pieces in one big box did have wrapping around each print and frame, but nothing stopped the smaller piece inside from moving around which it certainly did. It was the larger print that was damaged which bring me to their return portion. I did it through chat acknowledged it and basically said you will get an email about the return tracking etc. Never received had to chat again to get it. New delivery tracking printed morning of Wednesday and was ready to ship, but wasn't picked up till Friday. What was the delay? Their replacement department needs to do things more formally and send out an email acknowledging a replacement is being done and the steps through the way vs. leaving the customer wondering. I have worked for many e-commerce companies and supply chain companies and never seen such lack of organization. Basically, if you want a print pretty quickly and overpay for one this is your place otherwise if you like the print just buy it from wherever as a print and take it to a place that actually takes pride in framing with high quality materials and pay the same price. This company lives on lazy people basically like myself who thought the quality would be good looking at their website which indeed it isn't. A fair price would of been about $250 for what I received.

So far I have 8 Elephant Stock prints in various sizes, a total of around $1200 worth. The quality is incredible. In reality, they actually look more like paintings than prints, and they are all absolutely gorgeous. Included here is a sample chosen to show how effective they can be in making a small room really POP. If one uses their always-available discount coupons, the prints are really a steal. Customer service and speed of delivery are outstanding. With their 90-day return policy, one can't go wrong, but once you have them you won't want to give them up. I highly recommend Elephant Stock.

I am in love with my canvas. I don't do a lot of decorating, but it was pretty simple to hang up. I didn't have a leveler, I'm short, and I was still able to put it up myself. It looks amazing!

Artwork was exactly as expected, arrived quickly, and looks fantastic. I will absolutely be shopping with ElephantStock again.

Good quality canvas; will make good gift. (Ordering was easy, and the time frame from purchase to delivery was very reasonable).

This is my second purchase with this company. After the first one, which was just magical, I had expectations and became really nervous about my following order. I figured a miracle only happens once in a blue moon, but no! Ten working days after ordering online, I received what I saw on my monitor when I decided to buy. Package arrived well protected and the wonderful trio (three 24 in x 24 in) was easy to install. Many, many thanks for a wonderful high quality art copy and service!

I sent an inquiry two months ago and have followed up since. They keep vapidly claiming they will ask their team and get back to me, but they don't. I think this company might be just a joke?

Update: The response here from the company asks me to repeat actions I've been repeatedly taking since August. Maybe they didn't look at the photos I posted? I've already done what is suggested. They already have the opportunity to correct the complaint. Yet they instead ask me to continue contacting their unhelpful and unresponsive support.

Another gorgeous picture from Elephant Stock. The only company I order my wall art from! Everyone that's seen it says WOW! So impressed. It's also delivered quickly, well wrapped and packaged. Great business :)

I ordered a 4 panel picture. The description wasn't too clear. I thought each panel was 24x14" but it was the whole picture. I inquired about the return policy and was told I would have e to pay to ship it back to the USA. I'm not impressed. I'm going to try to sell it on Marketplace to hopefully recover some of the costs. I'm not sure I would recommend this company. The picture overall wasn't bad for the prices. Just beware when ordering from thos company.

Very pleased with the process of my purchase from start to finish. My piece came yesterday and I was very pleased how well it was packaged for its delivery. Going on the wall today!
