Ordered what I hope to be a beautiful pic if it is ever received - was to ship in 11 days, 11 days has come and gone. Everything is a problem on their end except billing my credit card. The account activation to check on order status does not work. Here's their automated response "Our team is currently working through a backlog of requests and it's taking us longer than usual to catch up. We're truly sorry for the wait!" No ETA. Chat to request ship status (automated responses) states their health is more important than my order during these times... it will be another 3 to 5 days. We'll see. Again, they had no trouble billing my credit card. We know whats more important than health or customer service during these time - Money!

I ordered a piece on May 11th and yet to see it being shipped out. I have emailed customer service twice and yet to get a response to get an update. I've also called and all agents are busy, but never got a call back. At this point, I'm just looking to cancel and get my money back to take elsewhere.
The quality of the picture was so bad. The printed picture is not clear and looks very blur. For the amount of money I have spent on it, I would like to have a clear and sharp picture. Customer service is pathetic.
My husband saw 5 panel prints online and from there we researched several, but I kept coming back to Elephantstock, and I'm so glad we did. I did 2 separate orders, 1 a hexagon custom print and the other a4 panel medium custom print. When I got them, we immediately knew we wanted to do the huge 5 panel for our living room wall! We live in our own picturesque area of the US, so we were going to try some custom shots of our local beaches. We emailed with the company back and forth because the pixel quality would not be what we wanted, and they want to us to be happy with the end result. We finally chose a scene from their website, which we are just as happy with. And now are excited to see the end result! If there are any bad reviews, it's only because the writer did not reach out to the company for assistance because I've had nothing but a great experience.

The koi pond was exactly what I was looking for! I liked that I could pick the size and the style of the art work. The workmanship was quality. The only thing I would recommend is adding nails and hangers.
